Gee I sure have gotten a lot of followers even though I haven't been around lately.

For those just tuning in, I've been working overnights for about the last year and haven't had much time or space to work on art... or much of anything. I'm going to be moving in Colorado in early May, leaving my heritage as a TN fur. I'll be working again in the autumn, if not sooner, but expect a flux of some new art in Late May and June.

wow I don't post many journals here do I.

I'm making my plans for AC2016...already.. so you better count on seeing me there! I'll likely attend one other convention this year, but anthrocon has been a can't-miss for me ever since my first one back in 012' and since my means allow it I'll be returning again for 2016.

I also know I expressed some concerns about my health to a select few in the past, but for anyone who didn't get the memo I got a clean bill. Commissions will remain open but unfortunately I haven't been able to make time for much personal work.
That said I'd really like to get full body features up as soon as things settle down.

As always, the best way to keep track of what I'm up to is my twitter! It's the same handle as I use everywhere else and is the first place to get updates and art uploads.

The short story is that my father is very, and since he's been ordered away from work to preserve his health he can't cover medication expenses.. at least not until disability is squared away. I don't like to get something for nothing ever, but I've just opened for commissions and all funds are going to being sent to my parents to help them keep things squared away.

They're Depression era Americans and won't give me figures, let alone fully admit to their eldest child that they're up the creek without a paddle.. But they did the best they could for me and always supported my fandom involvement too, so this is the least I can do. Regardless of if they'll be forward about it.


I wanted to wait another week to open but I'm going to go ahead and start taking icons and telegram sticker batches. I might offer a premium discount on large orders but it's hard to justify less than a 5$ pricetag.

Wow. I roomed with  paranoid,  Woods, and  clion, we had a lot of fun and food together. I ran into pyrokai and nargleflex for the first time in years, and cappuccino for the first time, as well as members of the gang such as Helium and.. ff dammit why didn't I write everyone's name down. There were more than a few people that I failed to ever run into, I have so many friends and I regret that I didn't not have the time or coordination to properly sit down with all of them and pass out a few bars of gourmet chocolate.

I gave igoat a big hug and confirmed them for a cutie, I bumped into myr, sasuke, Ark-Noir, Milkncookies Ark...ffff the second ark I know(sorry) Goolashe. I missed Mungkorn,

I almost missed  blaccy and  fetho-os-riedo but thanks to the help of several of my friends we made contact, and even got to have lunch on monday before I left.

I went to a hyena photoshoot which was hosted by gorehund(who has the most precious Hyena fullsuit ever) and saw Aycee and many other awesome people who I wanted to make time to talk to but sadly ran out of it.

I saw  cupcakecreature and  vainvurxof but I was on the go and sadly never got to talk to them..

I was in the fursuit parade in my new partial made by  rustywoof and had an amazing time <3 I don't think I've ever had as much fun as I did while suiting, and am going to get some pictures up tomorrow after I settle some things at work... ugh I only got home today about 6 hours ago, I am gonna fly next time instead of taking the damnable greyhound bus.

I got sick on Saturday night and missed the rave, I think it was because I ate something that was suppose to be refrigerated after opening (dumbass) but was fine by morning.. I'm still processing the whole event.. I've never had such a good time before.

Working so much the last 3 months I've lost touch with most folks. Not cause I mean to, just cause that's how it is. I've proven at work that I'm "reliable" which in blue collar means "someone who can be thrown under the bus all the time" My income is pretty consistent, just at a high cost of morale. And yes... I've tried to "fight the power" as it were but there's really nothing to be done short of resign, which I can't be doing.

That's mostly the answer to where I've been. I'm busy working, and still trying to keep a handle on family obligations.

Also on an unrelated note if you're trying to add me someplace but we haven't met, don't take it personally if I don't recognize.. and ignore the request. I've been getting a lot of bot invites lately and I just don't wanna deal with bots with naurto icons telling me my computer needs repaired or whatever.

I'm sick. Tired. a lil sore.

and should be thankful that I'm employed gainfully.


It's been a long year, kind of a crummy one to be honest, but I'm trying to keep my head up. I've been in and out of employment, and my health and stability has been on and off. I've met a lot of new friends that I wouldn't take back 2014 if I had to miss out of them. And I've gotten experience that let me hone myself as an individual, which is something that only comes with time and effort.

I don't know what the new year holds, but it will probably start with Staying up till 3 in the morning toasting and reminiscing , and then submitting documents to get time off for Anthrocon 2015

My parents have requested some financial assistance from me if I can spare it. This time of year is always hard for them because, as an educator my father loses out on income from classes that he'd otherwise use to supplement his University position.

I don't have a lot to give honestly, but I intend to help out as I can because they deserve that much. To mitigate losses to my savings I'm going to sell a very flashy and large (I think it's like 3 feet long? I need to measure it again) Red panda tail. Worn to two conventions and really nowhere else.

Soooo I didn't loose my job! yay! I dont have a lot of faith in management that would plan pocket pink-slip me, and then only change their mind because they couldn't take back the a lie that I wasn't in ever trouble.. so I'll be trying to get a new job before they have a chance to "dismiss" me again at the end of my evaluation period in Mid January. T

HAT SAID Everything is pretty good I guess, even if I don't have indefinite job security.

It's totally a bummer that I haven't been able to do any art lately, working 8 and 9 hour shifts doesn't leave me with much energy to spare. On the plus side though, I get to spend on hobbies, real food, and save up for bigger better things.

well budgiebin and Tohri are were generous hosts and excellent cooks, Many delicious chicken pies were eaten, and if you smelled bacon on the first floor, that was us.

 rome. made me an excellent badge that I was excited to receive, and while I was at the table it was my pleasure to throw fistfulls of dollars at  SweetTalk who paid me back with quality art and generous compliments on my character. I also lost my water-bottle which was kind of a bummer.

I got to see cupcakecreature again, for the first time since my last (and first) convention, which was a lot of fun! She's always so bubbly. Sorry you had to listen the pool movie showings from your room weather you wanted to or not >.< I also met  vainvurxof but had little time to do more than notice his majestic candy-corn crown as I was usually running the opposite direction of his destinations.

I attended all the raves, and danced my tail off till the music stopped. and I also attended the Big Gulp Party Which was basically a kindly Squirrel named Dale giving out a bunch of free fruit pies (Which kept me from going hungry on my bus ride home) I meant to get the names of some of the others at the party but I failed to. So the trip was great. Then on the way home I almost got mugged (thank you New York, Greyhound) got Stranded (thanks again greyhound) got word work fucked up and scheduled me, and that I had now missed a day (thanks greyhound, again) and then when my father picked me up from the bus (because greyhound wasn't going to save us till tomorrow morning) we blew out a tire 40 minutes from home.

I got home 8 hours later than I was suppose to. Don't take greyhound please.
I managed not to get fired... yet. I'll know tomorrow if the new manager lady who everyone fears wants me out or not.

Trip was pretty great, I met lots of great people and wish I got the badges and FAs of all of them. The aftermath has been a hellish inferno but not due to anything that happened to the con. would love to do it again sometime.

And Hey... anyone know a good fursuit maker that does moving jaws? cause I got the bug to wanna get one real bad if I don't get sacked in the next two days.

FP was great. my hosts were great. My ride home sucked I almost got mugged and the bus broke down and the car got a flat tire and I gotta to fix stuff at work tommorrow due to a sceduling f*ckup where they thought I was going to be in town today.

I'll be riding out this evening! It's a long trip for me (about 20 hours) so I'll be leaving Sunday after the closing ceremonies so I can get back to town and back to work. Still, it's the first con I've been to in a couple years so I'm looking to make some new friends and re-unite with old ones.

Who's going to FP? This'll be my first con since AC 2012. I think it's a little too earily to fill out a meme journal for it but I'm kind of antsy to know who I can expect to see there, especially since my last con a few friends didn't know I was in attendance and we missed the chance to meet up.


I've been pretty out of it lately, I hate to ever let my personal affairs get in the way of business but a family member has taken ill and has been having tests run the past few days and I've been trying to do more around the house to keep everything ship shape until he's better.

That said I rely on a relationship of respecting my clients so they respect me so don't hesitate to let me know if you have a deadline.. like really I have no interest in souring relations, I only am going a little slower anyway but that goes for any time of the year.
I'm still working on commissions, and I'm really grateful to have as much business as I'm getting! That said anytime you see slots in my journal footer I'm open for business and need only be noted on the matter.

To make up for the lack of streaming last week, I'll be doing an extended one tomorrow night! I had planned to stream tonight a few hours from now but my software is not cooperating so it's being put off for a night.

 necrophile's mother is in a pretty bad bind, Dental complications have led to an infection that could be the death of her, and the only route is also the last available one: Expensive surgery on her teeth and possibly the nasal cavity. I've seen my father suffer a lot over the years but we've always found the money to do what we had to. Finding myself in a place where we couldn't, I don't know what I'd so with myself.

I'm sure everyone already noticed I didn't stream Five nights at Freddy's last night.

I had to reformat my computer... and lots of stuff went wrong, and I the saves were apparently on my system drive and I didn't back them up.

SO Next Friday night we'll get back into things with an EXTENDED STREAM starting an hour earlier than my normal ones, where I'll start the fun from Night 1 all over again. I'll also consider getting a webcam for the event.


Additionally I'm going to try to get commissions on the road, and see if there is anything new I can try to bring in more business (besides porn) as my stomach has been giving me a lot of trouble lately and it would be kind of nice to have enough money on hand if it turned out to be something.
