As I truck through the last few commissions and trades that I have, I want to give a big apology to everyone who's waited for so long. And a big thank you to everyone who's been so understanding.
I want to thank everyone for the well wishes as I fight to get better and would like to let you know, I'm in good hands. Between finally getting into the specialists I need/needed to see and Lucifur, I can't see me not at least getting back on my feet.
On that note of getting better, I'm moving accounts :3. Im' slowly but surely moving over to
dezuketi .
Why you ask? Simply because I've had the username FoxenPrint for almost four years now, and it's at the point where the name doesn't connect with me anymore , nor does it hold any good memories for me anymore. And this was the last place I was using it as a handle, so now I'm moving on. :3
So, the TL;DR : Everythings getting done, I learned my lesson and will never take on that many commissions at one time again. and I'm moving to dezuketi and it's going to take awhile to get everything set up there but I really hope you'll join me over there. But I won't get butt hurt if you don't . And I plan on rewatching most of you again.
I'll be still checking this every now and then till about the end of April, I'll only be moving my favourite pieces over, and eventually will have everything taken down here and this will be a dead account.
So if you get a shout with a link to your commission from that account, it's just me.

Regarding Commissions and What not.
Posted 15 years agoSo, here's what's going on. While I don't like to go public with my problems, it usually is best to let my commissioners/friends know whats going on and a public shout out is HELLALOT easier then doing this one by one.
To my current commissioners and traders and what not that are still awaiting art from me:
I am TERRIBLY sorry. Honestly. I've been in and out of doctors appointments and hospital visits for muscle disorders. I'm mainly having issues with my hands. The new plan of action is to take my day off from my work to do all these drawings. Then I have the time to take breaks and take my time. And not stress my hands to the point where the lines are shakey.
To people who wanted to commission me:
Note me. I may or may not be interested in doing the commission. It really just depends on what's going on at the time.
As for trades? Flip, note me. Trades are some of the things I enjoy doing most.
As for the rest? Here's hoping that the prediction for my hands proves to not be true, but till then, I'll just keep doing what I love.

So it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster ride , and I’d like to apologize for the long wait that everyone has had to put up with.
Some of you know whats been going on while others don’t.
All in all, I’m working on all my trades and commissions and have aimed to have them all done by December 31st, start the year off fresh with a better game plan.
Next year I’ll be going in lists of ten. Ten slots for each thing at a time.
ie: In January you may see me open for something like this.
10 suits, 10 badges, 10 icons.
Not that that will happen, but it’s an example. I want my denominations in 10.
I’ve learned how long things take me , what my strengths are and what my weaknesses are.
I want to thank everyone for being as supportive as they have been and I hope we can continue to do buisness with each other in the future. This was a screw up on my part and I’m trying my best to fix it. I took to much on at once and had trouble keeping track of it all.
So yes, aiming to have my entire commission list cleared for December 31st for a fresh, clean January start.

June 28th, 2009.

Nope :3 Face to face.
5. What attracted you the most to him/her?
How caring he is, how understanding. For being who I am, he goes out of his way and takes such incredible care of me. What attracted me at first? I felt really calm and happy around him.
6. Is he/she what you expected?
Far more than what I expected, and he goes above expectations more and more everyday :3
7. Did you have sex on your first date?
None of your buisness XD
8. Are you two freaks in bed?
-stares at- Potentially.
9. Do you live with them?
One day. Hopefully soon. :3

Yeah. Being cuddled up against his chest and watching a movie. It's also when and how I sleep the best.

I freeze really easily, so he gave me a little space heater to keep warm while I work and a cordless phone so I can lay down and talk to him. I also cuddle up with his wolf blanket at night. :3 It's almost as good as having him here.

He already has made so many sacrifices.

Posted 16 years agoAlright, so I am working on commissions, don't worry about that. It's a slow process but it's coming along wel and I'm learning what my body can and can't take stress wise with my muscles
Pretty much everything is sketched (which means all the sketches can be uploaded Monday and Tuesday ) so inking wil ensue and soon the list wil be done! Hoorah!
Also Tails partial wll be furred and taken to my photographer this week for some high qualtiy photos. (<3!)
Also, one of my suit slots for next year is gone! So wow!

RIP and Explanations.
Posted 16 years agoToday was a really rough day for me.
As of 2:42pm today, my loyal companion of 14 years had to be put to sleep.
Honey was my little longhaired Dachshund who had been my best friend for most of my Canadian life.
She was going so well and went down hill suddenly, the vet said that she had a collapsed lung and something was pushing her heart all the way to the right side of her chest. Something as simple as flipping her over for an X-ray would have killed her.
I’ll be on and off for the next little while as I’m going through a seirous amount of emotional pain, as well as on top of it all I’ve been quite ill and in alot of physical pain.
I’m slowly working on commissions, I will get them done ASAP.
To all the trades I owed before MFF, I’m really sorry, I’m trying my best and I promise the wait will be worth it. I hope you can understand but if you’re angry, I fully understand.
Honey, my little girl, RIP. You were the best dog a girl could have. I hope you’re in a better place now, say hello to the boys we lost earlier this year and I hope to see you again someday.

REGARdING HALLOWEEN BADGES! ONCE AGAIN! (Fuck i suck)
Posted 16 years agoI really truly am sorry about the lack of updates on the badges, I ended up falling quite ill briefly and there was a personal issue that is being dealt with and I'd really prefer to not get into details about.
For those of you who have paid, if you'd like a refund, I'm more than happy to give it. This was a screw up on my part and am willing to break my refund rule because of it.

Posted 16 years agoHoly hell it’s been one busy week. Been working non-stop essentially on a rebuild of the partial that you all saw the journal that it had been lost. He’s coming through and should be done JUST on time. Many thanks goes out to all the support on helping me get this rushed through with a quality product in the end. Special thanks goes to Maestro for the caffeine after my accident and helping with ALOT of the fitting. Super many thanks!
This weekend is going to be a primarily art weekend for me, as I’m going for my first Bowen treatment for my leg. I hope to get all the kinks and jinks out of it and get back to my old self. The rest of my time this weekend will be catching up on all the art (while under the watchful eye of Lucifur , I know with him by my side, I'll be back on my paws in no time.) that I owe people! I seriously am trying! I apologize again!
As for my accident? I put a sewing needle through my finger. Went through the nail and out the other side. And of course my first thoughts were “I did NOT just get blood on white fur!” Once I was sure I hadn’t then the “Oh...damn” moment set it, tears were shed and I got bandaged up and treated to a sexy four pack of Monster.mmmmm.
ALSO! Big News on the Homefront! FoxenPrint Studios is doing a complete revamp and update of what we were! We will be getting our buisness email set up shortly, our price list updated and our website up and running within the next month or so! So keep an eye open for all this excitement as well as new pictures because man, have I been working hard!

ALSO! Big News on the Homefront! FoxenPrint Studios is doing a complete revamp and update of what we were! We will be getting our buisness email set up shortly, our price list updated and our website up and running within the next month or so! Just kinda popped up one day and I was like “D’aww, sure why not”
3 | What species is your fursona and why did you choose that species?
She’s a red pandafox (Red panda, fennec fox hybrid). She was originally an orange fox simply because my mom used to call me her little kit. And I realized that I felt more like a fennec than an orange fox because I’m pretty tiny to begin with in RL SIZE. And then I got the absolute fantastic oppurtunity from my mate (then just really awesome fantastic pretty much best friend) to hand feed and pet some red pandas when I was at the lowest of lowest spots of my mental hell really, and was suffering physically with my leg. And I fell in love with the creatures and started to research them that much more and realize how alike we were. (Ie: relaxing in warm spots and enjoying fruit XD). So I put them both together and she became ADORABLE!
4 | What color is your fursona and why? Hair/fur/eyes/etc.
She’s fire truck red mainly because she’s a little red panda, not a baby but not full grown. So it seemed to fit her the best. And the red toes is just to make her different enough to the point where she doesn’t barf glow sticks. Her hair is white simply because I’m what you could call an aryan “Blonde hair blue eyed”. And normally, when I can afford it , I take my hair to white because I’m that fantastic. The hyena stripe down her back is because I usually spike my hair in the back , but I’ve been getting lazy lately xD. And blue eyes? Because mine are blue. Blue eyes with blue pupils? Because I’m just that bitchin’. XD
5 | What is your fursona's personality and how does this compare to your RL personality?
We’re pretty much the same. Dezu is pretty much essentially in a little shit disturber furry form XD She’s cute so she can get away with it though ><

She carries around a red panda plush with her alot, which I have in real life. His name is Panda and was given to me by my mate the first time I got to see Red Pandas in real life. It’s something I really really cherish, so I found it only fair that Dezu got something that special.

RF Update!
Posted 16 years agoWell! I guess it's my turn to update everyone how my RF went!
I went with my fantastic mate and my friends 
, 
, 
and met up with several others!
For the most part, it was an absolute blast. But I found myself to be quite ill and my stupid muscle issues caught up with me heavily which really put a damper on things. What I found out from much thought is that it had to be the car ride that did this to me. Being very tense from out near death experience and not being a fan of cars to begin with brought the pain and the pain brought the ill. Stupid cars. ANYWAY!
Friday:
We arrived at the hotel and attempted the early check in, didn't go so good. But I was able to meet alot of furs that my mate knew and I wanted the chance to at least say hi to. Shame I was quite shy though.
We settled in, I suited for a bit. And I actually don't remember much from the Friday . o.o
Saturday:
Woke up and suited some more, chitter chattered and harassed the dealers den. Our group created our own line up which we were promised would get in first, and that we did! I got some LOVELY badges and a print that I'm very much so a fan of!My mate keeps telling me to make an account for my uploaded art and I think I will now that I look at it all. All in due time though.
Sunday:
As the con came to a close, many good byes were said and I hope to keep in contact with alot of the people I met. Lots of them were awesome! (yes...that was perfect english there!)
Monday:
Final good byes were said and our little entourage returned to Canada.
Some of the absolute highlights were the dance with Pyramid Head. The many pool adventures. Chitter Chattering with many artist. Shiuks Panel (YOU CAN NEVER HAVE TO MUCH LENS FLARE FO' THE GREATER JUSTICE!) And just getting to meet so many awesome furs! I hope to be more social next time!

So, ooooh another update. God these must be getting annoying.
The pandafox is back in the shop, unfortunately away from home, but back to work. One partial is getting pumped out this weekend as alot of art is getting completed!
Thank you to everyone on my list who has been so patient. Almost everything on my list has been inked and will be uploaded sometime this week/ begining of early next week as it gets coloured.
ALSO! Me and my foxbutt lucifur will be at FN (Furthest North) this weekend! So anyone going, say hi! I’ll also be taking commissions there.

UPDATE! An Apology and an Update!
Posted 16 years agoAnyone who has requested pictures of my work, I’m very sorry but none will be available this weekend as I had said.
While work has not ceased on my many projects (And I thank you all very much for your commissions! I am working very hard on them!) this weekend I’m taking a break from the fur work. I’m experiencing quite a few difficulties with my equipment and while I’m sure it’s just minor tweaks, I’m just frustrating myself and won’t be able to put my all into it. So I will just leaving it alone all together and will resume work on Monday with it.
All art will continue on and I’m hoping to upload quite a bit this weekend. I'm aiming to get at least all the art on my list sketched, if not completed.
I really hope this doesn’t cause any problems and I really hope you can all understand.

Enough to be able to attend Rainfurrest with my mate. This means the absolute world to me. I want to thank you all and while I’d like to thank each and every one of you in person, I’m unable to. But do know that each of you have a small place in my heart for your kindness.

My commissions are still wide open and I’m eagerly taking them, they are not only getting me to Rainfurrest but they are helping me get to college as well hopefully soon. I’m hoping to get in with Zoology.
