Yep, as expected, got sick with a stomach flu. Blame roomies. Thankfully I anticipated this but it still sucks. Minor fever right now which I already am treating as well as abdominal pain. I'll see about taking some mint or ginger tea...

So some of you may know but on the side of improving my bedroom, i'd like to get myself a partial fursuit. Problem is, the partial suit i want to do is of my NA Dragon, Gabriel. i don't know how much i would need to save up or even who'd be a good candidate to take on segments of this at a time, especially since my sona's a bit on the complex side. Will probably try to save up for the head or tail first for this year's MFF if possible (setting as a goal, not really expecting it.) Suggestions are welcome

I've got a cold, yes i'm already taking medicine, oj and all those shenanigans, currently with a sore throat and getting the nasties out. I'm still gonna be drawing but don't expect me to post much this week (probably next week too but i hope not! )

It's something I've been trying to do but have had things come up left and right... My resolution is to complete everything I owe before the year ends. It may not happen but I'm sure as hell going to try.

Well on the typing of this journal, i'm nearing the end of my con crud (a cold), and have been getting back to work. Going to be attempting to get stuff drawn as much as I can in weekdays when im not doing inkathons at weekends. Will be moving to my new home come january, day is uncertain, ask . I just hope to be able to get some really nice furniture so I can draw comfortably and not wake up with a bad back, that'd only slow down my productivity.

Welp, I've done it. I've reserved the hotel reservation. While I may not have a fullsuit or a partial suit, I at least have the guilmon tail and slippers as well as my boss monster tail, I likely will take my undertale delta rune shirt as well as my digimon xros wars shirt as well as my white messenger bag, so if you'd like to find me, look for the guilmon tail/slippers on a 6'5" fat dude who has long hair and glasses. While I may be shy to approach people and start conversations, don't hesitate to approach me and talk and stuff!
I'll have difficulty making a badge due to being hard to please myself, and saving further money prevents me from getting a badge commish. Either way, expect me at the con from Friday all the way til Monday!

Well I'm sure some of you know but I've been considering going to MidWest Furfest. It's in December 1st.. Con registration is 50$ and well... for a room at a nearby hotel would be like 397$... I nearly have enough for the room but... I don't know... What if nobody that knows me is there and i end up alone for most of the time? not to mention that pricetag... I'm meant to go and relax and have fun but being alone kinda sucks... and as for sharing rooms? I'm nervous of sharing beds! I move about a lot in my sleep and i generate a lot of body heat, I'd be embarrassed if I punch someone in their sleep or do a strong kick and knock them off the bed!... Bah I don't really know... I'd like some feedback if possible please.

Alright wanted to give a heads up. October 8th is my birthday, and I will attempt to genuinely take a break from Oct 7-9, not from the web, but from just drawing. Hopefully it'll let me chill out enough to be more at focus. All I hope for in my birthday is to have a relaxing fun time, food is also welcome. In the meantime, I will keep on working and whatnot, even though i've been having an odd stamina problem lately.

On a different note, currently residing with the lovely  gahtren , and have had my stress levels lowered, especially with the temp desk setup. It's a bonus that there's a local organic store within .1 miles from the place so i could just walk over and pick up goodies for meals :D. I do apologize for the slowness, was still getting settled and getting a nicer chair. Will be trying to be more active. Just figured i'd let you guys know about the trip happening August 26th til the 28th.

As for genuine moving news, Still not in my own bedroom,  logo-man and  angrytoad have been hard at work trying to get a good deal for our home together. Currently the approximate moving time is in September.

So yeah, won't be around for most of Thursday as i fly to my friends' home as I wait for my new roomies to find a place. Already have been transferring files onto my flash drives and have begun deletion of them from my hard drive. Don't worry, I'll try to keep working once I move, and my laptop has been prepared for streaming.

Good news: managed to gather the 1k usd for furniture, might get it turned to 100s instead of 20s to make it easier for transport. I also found a layout that should at least let me use my laptop with my tablet for emergency drawing should i not be home or if my desktop is dead here or when i move. (ya know, in case any of the parts dont work when putting the new desktop together). I also took care of some bills I had to take care of and reactivated my phone's service days.

Bad news: because I wasnt able to fill out sunday's stream, I pretty much had like 104 from the stream...and decided to withdraw it to complete the 1k for the furniture, which means i only have 20$ for groceries, or should I say, 10$ for groceries and 10 for Uber. Also, my laptop still takes like 30 seconds just to load up anything, from sai, to a new sai file, to a browser page, and while an SSD would have been nice, seems all the SSDs we had are all DOA/gone, leaving me with normal desktop hard drives, joy.

Verdict: Pretty much am gonna have to deal with little/no groceries and cross fingers that i make any money this upcoming inkathon on Friday assuming that anyone shows up to take slots, which may or may not happen since it just happens to be during Anthrocon. We'll see, here's hoping for better things to come.

So for those whom know me, I've had this portable pc called the Lenovo S405 for my 'out of the house' work. While the laptop's pretty lightweight and has an ok sized screen, it falls short everywhere else. integrated graphics card (meaning it has none to speak of), potato cpu, and well while i could upgrade the ram, it wouldn't do that big of an improvement. Still, i've been tweaking it to at least be somewhat not-slow to work with it until i can move and can do my slow gradual upgrade. I have had some considerations on what laptop or tablet pc to get including the Apple ipad Pro + Pen, or the Microsoft Surface Pro 4, but those are pricey and for 1k, could get a laptop with the power of my (current) desktop in it while it's on sale at newegg. Any suggestions are appreciated, and while this netbook/laptop still is kicking, i'm gonna keep tinkering with it to see if i can make it any smoother.

As of now, attempting to use the Wacom Cintiq 13hd on the laptop is proving to be... interesting. Since I have to have a cable over the keyboard.

So I just got notified I won't be moving until around summer/fall due to rl issues on my future roommates. After some breathing exercises I calmed down. I'll keep doing weekend inkathons but not as many so i can further focus on dues as i get shit fixed, like my glasses, which for all this time, every time i would look down, they'd fall of my face and onto my soups and such of course i'd keep cleaning them n stuff because of that. Long story short, just gonna attempt to repair/replace personal stuff as I wait for the day I move, all whilst I complete owed art.

So I got my molar tooth fixed, will have it crowned later this month, and well i'm now back to 0$ on physical cash for my furniture. At least my tooth doesn't send waves of pain anymore. I'll be attempting to push myself in these upcoming inkathons to offset this spontaneous event that occured in attempts to still have money for furniture and get groceries.

So I'll admit that when I was younger, I ate crappy food a tad and had horrible brushing issues. When I moved, I started eating healthier and even started using fluoride free toothpaste and mouthwash, and have been flossing when I can to minimize further damage. Unfortunately, it seems my one worst tooth has started causing me problems during my naps lately. Causing me sharp pain and waking me up, and even not letting me sleep as i type this. If worse comes to worse, I'll have to use up my stashed up 1k for a molar replacement or something. I'd really appreciate some financial assistance but I unfortunately can't offer much as of this moment due to a combo of being in pain, still chipping away at dues, and well the move in April. My desktop is nearly attained, just missing SSD/HDD, Power Supply and OS. Ugh i'm just hoping this can be resolved as quick as possible so I can focus on dues and ensuring I can move. Mom offered to help (i was in that much pain that i called her), but I'd prefer not to strain on anyone's budget too much...

Well Unfortunately it seems it'll be a while before I'm able to move out, delayed for a month. So I guess I'll have to wait til April maybe to move out. In the meantime I'm still gonna do weekend inkathons but at a more relaxed pace as i work on owed commissions. Down to two pairs of pants since my 3rd pair finally disintegrated to the point of pants seams coming apart.

well in order to attempt to gather the remaining 1k to be able to build Cidus V3 (my newest desktop) for when I move, I'll be holding saturday and sunday as inkathon days, all whilst still working on normal dues and nitpicking at what I can to keep lowering my due count even if slowly. My move will be sometime in spring, still waiting on friends to give me a solid date but until then, I best gather what I can to ensure I can replace my rig and furniture (and possibly get some new glasses, since my current ones fall off my face the moment i look down since the cushion part that goes over the ears broke off). Thank you for putting up with me, I'll keep trying to pace myself.

Blindfold news:
I found out the local stores sell a variant of the blindfold i use, tempted to get some to offer em to peeps who are interested. Pricing however would be quite questionable. As for the guilmon blindfold? they're still holding together and the paint's fine. Had someone question me about acrylic paint, that stuff's used on screen printing and i know this because I used to help out a teacher who taught Graphic Design.

Possible Moving News:
I might be moving out but it hasn't been set to stone yet, but I'm trying to get a head start in the off-chance that it happens. If it does, that means I will have to get a new desktop, desk, bed, and dresser aside from a fresh set of art supplies. On the bright side, i still have the laptop a friend helped me get as well as the tablet that another friend helped me get. I could go on but yeah, If it weren't for you guys helping me out, I wouldn't be in much of a stable footing at all, so thank you, even if I suck at showing it.

Aside from that, I will keep on working on commissions, every single one of them. Please try to keep putting up with me while I can. I'll even try having a set schedule so long as I'm not derailed by inquiries too much.
