Commission Tier Updates
Posted 4 months agoI updated my commission tiers, want to focus on colored linearts and speedpaints mostly now. I also keep the high detail tier open (with options to get traditional art, too) :3
It’s true that most people will just see the tip of the iceberg of how much I actually draw details and how much perfectionism goes into my works. Also that 90% of my works haven’t ever been posted in full resolution anywhere, not forgetting my personal projects over the years…
So… what if I just unwind a bit and start to actually enjoy drawing, with a bit less perfectionism perhaps? x3

Posted 5 months agoI have been doing traditional and digital art for more than 15 years now, so I decided it was finally a good time to sign an agreement with KUVASTO. It is a Finnish copyright society for visual artists. Together with their sister societies they form a global network and operate with other organizations as well :3
As an artist, I’m naturally a rights-holder of my artworks and this society is now an official manager of my copyrights internationally. KUVASTO (and through is sister societies abroad) looks after artist’s rights so they assist artists in many ways including (but not limited to) selling licenses for public use, collecting royalties, doing takedowns, legal actions, etc. They monitor the use of both my existing works and future ones too.
If there are other artists who would be possibly interested, I can share my knowledge and how to find a right society for you (replying on FA notes or Bsky chat) :3

Posted 7 months agoI put all the art posting on hold for some time. I keep on doing and taking new commissions and Patreon stuff but commissions will be shared only personally to my clients for some time.
I do this as a friendly reminder that I don’t allow creation of AI trainmodel based on my art. We have got some proof now that some people do this on Civit AI and then post pics on dA. I am against all kind of art impersonation and using artist’s name to get pics with their style or their works as a base for something.
I take all actions seen necessary in order to protect my and other artist’s art and keep on further regulation happening.

Return Policy for Traditional Auctions
Posted 8 months agoYou DO NOT have the right to cancel an online purchase when the goods are made to order: Goods manufactured or modified in accordance with your requirements, or that are clearly adapted to your personal needs, such as an ART commission drawn/painted to your specific desire.
On auctioned traditional pieces however, you do have a 14-day return policy.
Traditional artworks carry a 14-day return entitlement within the European Union (EU) and non-EU Nordic countries.
Outside the European Union, artworks carry a 7-day return window.
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the artwork you’ve purchased, you have the option to return it within 14 days of the artwork’s arrival. The return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, but If the product was damaged during transit, I cover the return shipping costs, if you show photographic proof it was already damaged upon receiving.
RETURNING A TRADITIONAL AUCTIONED ARTWORK:
Contact me in DMs or via NOTE to initiate the return process for the ordered artwork.
Repackage the artwork in the same manner it was received, removing the previous package card.
Once I have safely received the artwork, I will proceed to refund the purchase amount to you, without the original postage and packaging fee. Post is a separate service and they need to get paid for delivering items. Some companies give consumers a right to free return but the Finnish law does not require this. An artwork is not a consumable, it is not meant to be shipped around carelessly, please be mindful with your purchase decisions.
Given the unique nature of these products, careful packaging is of the utmost importance. The artwork must be undamaged and securely packed in the original or similar packaging. The packaging should have a soft interior and a sturdy exterior, capable of withstanding shocks and stacking.
A return is valid if the product remains undamaged (unless it was already defective upon receipt) and shows no signs of usage. Preferably, the returned product should be packaged using the original materials. The following instructions should be observed:
Ensure the package is intact.
Eliminate any empty spaces within the package.
Utilize foam, styrofoam, or bubble wrap for soft inner packaging.
Place cardboard or similar robust material between flat and fragile items to fortify the package’s outer shell, ensuring it can withstand impacts and stacking.
Before dispatching the return, the buyer must send photographs of the product and the finished packaging to me. This step ensures an evaluation of the product’s condition and the package’s durability.
Coordinate with me to confirm the shipment collection date. In the event that the product sustains damage during return transit due to non-compliance with packaging instructions, I reserve the right to deduct the costs of repairing the product from the refund amount, either partially or entirely.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. COMMISSION SLOTS
- Getting a slot means that the idea is accepted for moving to starting step (commission starts when the money is received). Taking a slot is a preliminary purchase decision, so it can be cancelled by having a good reason for that (for example financial problems). After the starting money has been received, the commission starts (check the part 6. "REFUNDING"). Artist keeps rights for changes before the starting money is received and if the client doesn't accept the deal, then the slot can be cancelled. Client can't claim the same slot in line back afterwards if the commission is already cancelled.
2. PRICING
- The commission starts by paying the price. After that artist is able to share in-progress content like sketches and plans. However, the whole pic will be given to the client when the artist has received the whole sum.
3. PROCESS PICS
- Process pics and references are owned by artist and client is not allowed to share them to others.
4. FINISHED PICS
- Finished pics are owned by artist. Client has rights to use pictures but not permitted to sell them (for example as prints). Smallsized pics are okay for sharing and posting to sites like FurAffinity and Bluesky. Full-resolution pics are not for sharing, unless client wants to do a print about it, for personal purposes. Artist keeps rights for their own pics to use them as templates for future projects and commissions (check the part 9.)
- Posting my art to deviantArt and other sites with unfair terms and conditions is strictly forbidden (ones which uses art for AI learning or selling art)
5. CHECKPOINTS, FIXES, REFERENCES AND ARTISTIC FREEDOM
- There are normally 1-2 checkpoints during the process (sharing sketch or so). However, artistic freedom is required for the process. Client has to make sure to give the most exact reference pics and most correct info about their commission idea during beginning. Changing things a lot in the middle of the process might add extra charge.
6. REFUNDING
- No refunding from started or finished works
- Artist keeps the right to cancel the commission anytime if they consider that conditions have been broken by the client (The whole sum will be refunded)
- The possibly started work goes to other use (whether to be sold as an YCH-commission template or artist's personal use)
- Refunded client might get blacklisted if the offense is severe.
7. COMMERCIAL USE AND LICENSING
- All commissions are for non-commercial purposes only. KUVASTO however can sell licenses for public/commercial use which need to be done through their website (in Finland) or through KUVASTO’s sister societies when abroad (part 14.). Artist can give more info. Use of licensed works still have to respect artist’s rights
- Getting expanded or full ownership rights to commissioned work always requires a signed agreement between the client and artist
- Patreon works (and similar like Gumroad) are not licenses but copies. Copies of works are not allowed to use against copyright laws nor publicly in any way. Artist keep rights to ALL their works no matter where or when they are published/posted
8. ART-TRADES AND COLLABS
- Artist keeps rights for use and selling high resolution artworks for example on Patreon and on Patreon archive packs
9. ART DRAWN BY ARTIST IN OVERALL
- Artist keeps rights to all their content and reusing it the way they like, for both profit and non-profit use (for example personal use, patreon projects, YCHs, prints, games, movies, package graphics, DVDs, digital products etc.)

- Any pornographic information of the art on a paypal transaction or any paypal-related documents will lead to instant refund and blacklisting. This would put my paypal account and income at risk
