So this whole policy update thing
Posted 2 years agoOh, right. I'm still alive, by the way, but I think anyone who cares would already know that from Furball.
Yeah anyway it's not new. I think people have just plum forgotten that about four or five years ago now there was a whole spate of artists having their works getting taken down in large numbers and people getting bans because moderators individually decided that THEY THOUGHT, subjectively, that a/the characters in them didn't look adult enough for their liking. A whole heap of Pokemon and Digimon stuff got nuked back then, and artists who drew it. All they've done is explicitly written it into the AUP now.
It's why I didn't bother to keep maintaining my Digimon alt account here on FA. When that whole business happened back then I knew this shit was gonna happen, I just didn't expect it to take this long.
Don't get it twisted - I don't agree with this shit at all, I think it's absurd. I don't think we're far off feral content being banned off here as well at this rate. MLP stuff will be first though, after Pokemon/Digimon, guarantee it. Feral probably after that. Eventually anything above a PG rating will be a no-no, but that'll take a while yet, give it a couple more years.
My advice? Move on to InkBunny. Now I know what some of you are probably thinking - "but IB has cub shit!" - and you're not wrong, but here's a tip; visibility of anything properly tagged as cub (as it's meant to be per the rules of the site) is actually disabled by default when you create a new account last time I checked, and as long as you keep it turned off, you shouldn't ever see it. And if you do? Report it - not tagging it is against the rules - that's how it's meant to fucken work folks.
But I'm not your mom. I can't tell you what to do. That's just my advice on the matter.
As for me I've been over on InkBunny for years and...I think I've posted more over there than I have here? I can't remember honestly. As a matter of fact that Digimon stuff of mine I mentioned earlier? The stuff on here is ancient, early design stuff - all the newer fancier more refined designed stuff is over on InkBunny, has been for ages.
Oh and fuck twitter. Sincerely don't understand why the furry art community hasn't moved over to Mastodon already instead of that radioactive cesspit.
(also yes, IB has a no humans rule - another reason to use Mastodon as a secondary alternative).
And for the record, I know some people are gonna say "no we should stand our ground and push back against the admins on this" but...like, are you new to this site or something? Good luck with that.

So you wanna make a Kaisura?
Posted 9 years agoYou sure about that?
Just for a moment, or rather the several moments it takes to write this out, I'm going to drop the guise I normally wear in the public eye and just speak plainly.
The fact is, you probably don't, you just don't know any better.
There are several reasons why I maintain permission necessary to make a Kaisura, and several besides why I'm frequently not actively accepting/responding to such requests.
One of the bigger ones is that there are rules when it comes to making a Kaisura, and there have to be to maintain consistency in the species. Too often, people have claimed to understand and respect this, had their Kaisura drawn "correctly" the first time, and simply go on throw the rules out the window in future revisions until the character is a bastardized imitation of a Kaisura.
Furball knows most of these rules, and whenever she doesn't, she just checks with me. But on the off-chance it will mitigate the number of people asking who simply wouldn't abide the very simple rules involved, I'm going to outline the mainstream guidelines in bullet-points.
* Kaisura cannot have just any kind of style of ear they like. Kaisura actually have three specific ear styles to choose between.
* There is no such thing as a Kaisura without horns.
* Most Kaisura are not supposed to have multiple sets of ears. This is a common misconception. The only person I've EVER approved to have multiple sets of ears was Furball herself.
* Kaisura can generally have any combination of fur colouration and patterning, but I strongly discourage and DISLIKE it when people want to put existing common fur patterning features on them, like tiger stripes or leopard spots.
* Devon herself is the only Kaisura with the specific cock design she has. It is one of her unique design features. It is NOT meant to be copied or imitated.
* Shapeshifting is not an ability any Kaisura possesses. And I don't care how special you think your shapeshifting character is, they cannot become a Kaisura just because you say so.
* Devon is able to transform between multiple species of Kaisura because she is a specific type of Kaisura that possesses that ability. She is the only one. Furball (as a character) is partially this type of Kaisura and can transform into a COUPLE of other Kaisura species, but that's it. It's not open for debate.
* I have never voluntarily authorized anyone to make a Megrodite, except Furball.
* Kaisura have specific gender configurations. They're not interchangeable or "customizable".
* Even if you have a Kaisura character, with permission, you DON'T have permission to just go ahead and create other Kaisura characters, or let other people create one, on the basis "my Kaisura character totally had a kid with this character so now they have a kid who's a Kaisura".
While it is not a RULE or strict requirement, in the same way most people ensure to mention who the characters in a picture belong to, I consider it basic courtesy and respect to remember to note that the Kaisura species belongs to Lathander (me).
Now you may be wondering "wow this Lathander sounds like a massive bitch! Why are they such a tyranical overlord when it comes to that species they made up? Trancymick lets anyone do anything they want with the Sergals!".
Yeah. And look at the results of that. They're common as mud, probably less than 20% of them are actually accurate or consistent with Trancy's design for the species, and they're frequently involved in the nastiest shit in the fandom. I respect Trancy. Hell I knew him ages back, he did a picture of an older version of Devon for me as a gift a long time ago. And back when people were still being utterly retarded and saying the Kaisura were "totally a rip off of the sergals", when any picture drawn correctly putting them side by side showed very clearly they were almost nothing alike, Trancy himself was one of the people who came out and said "uh, no, they're not the same" (not that anyone listened to him).
Here's the bottom line. The Kaisura are my species. I created the species for myself. Then I put a shitton of work into their design to the point it was possible for other people to have one as well. But the only way that works is if they're consistent. So there have to be rules and guidelines to it.
If you can't accept and live up to those rules and guidelines, go make a Sergal, and don't waste my time.
For those of you that do get it, and have given enough of a shit to read this far, there's a new artist on-board I'll be working with to bring out pictures and references of the various other species of Kaisura, and all manner of things Kaisura related in the not too distant future. There may be more, but I'm going to sit on that for now.

About the Kaisura
Posted 10 years agoSo it's been forever since I've actually said anything about the Kaisura Project or...the species in general, and all matters relating to them. And I know it's caused some confusion and misunderstanding. I've gotten messages in different places asking if I've abandoned it, or died, and all sorts of things. So I thought I'd actually clear the air somewhat.
First of all, I have not abandoned the Kaisura Project, nor have I handed off the Kaisura species to someone else, or made it an open species. Anyone who tells you otherwise is mistaken, or talking out their ass.
Secondly, I am still not generally answering permission requests for people to make Kaisura characters. This is particularly notable as people have still been fucking asking me anyway, despite the fact it's been made abundantly clear to people and it's on my fucking front page. Yes, if you can't tell by my tone, this does actually annoy me. Allow me to make this very, very clear; if you persist in asking me if you can make a Kaisura character, while the statement remains up that I am not answering such requests, you automatically go on my shitlist.
If you ask Furball instead of me, you go on my shitlist, and my BLACKLIST. I am sick to fucking death of people asking Furball to try and get around me, or because they're too fucking stupid to read a bit of text on ANY image containing a Kaisura that states the species belongs to me, not Furball.
Thirdly, the Kaisura Project has not been cancelled. Circumstances came up that essentially put a hold on progress with the illustrations for each individual Kaisura species, which in turn put the project in a holding pattern. Circumstances have changed since then, but not in a way that has allowed the project to resume as of yet. It WILL resume in the near future, but I can't give a solid ETA. The reference illustrations for any single Kaisura species can take weeks to get right.
What you need to understand is that Furball is not actually the primary artist on the Kaisura project. The artist I work with for the Kaisura Project illustrations has a schedule and circumstances that make it quite difficult to make progress with the project at the best of times, but the wait is worth it, as the final products are as close to completely accurate to my intentions as possible. Furball specifically does her signature very high quality colourations of the illustrations, the combinations of their efforts are what make them turn out so well. Note that this doesn't apply to the pictures Furball infrequently produces that simply have a Kaisura form of Furball or Devon in them, those are entirely her own, so don't misunderstand. They're not related to the project itself.
I also laterally decided against using Tumblr as a dev blog of sorts for the project because the limits of what you can do with a tumblr blog simply don't gel with what I was looking to do with it. I'm still mulling over alternatives for the time being, when I have time.
Lastly, and directly leading off from the previous point: I just don't have anywhere near as much time as I used to. Primarily because of my day job, but compounded by other circumstances. This is also why I'm very inactive on her in general, and don't respond often or in any way consistently to messages and whatnot.
I do however appreciate watches and favourites people send my way, whether it's for the Kaisura stuff, or the Syl stuff. Thanks guys.
There is actually a bunch of stuff I could upload, and when I have time and don't forget, I will get around to doing so.

Lilly or Dev? Help me out~ (creative input)
Posted 10 years agoFirst of all, shameless plug of
das
As you may or may not know, Das is currently starting up on the third iteration/overall version of his "Crowjob in Space" adult flash game, and as one of his patreon tier-rewards and for being early on it, he's given me the opportunity to have one of my characters be a background character in the game. Problem is, I can't pick which one or exactly what I'd like them to be doing in it :p
So I figured I'd reach out to you guys for opinions.
So here are the options in bullet form;
It can be Lilly or Dev~
They can be clothed or nude~
They can be just hanging out in the background doing something (drinking at a bar or whathaveyou), or having sex in the background with another character~
Keep in mind whatever you vote/suggest, the character wont be put into an actual proper sex scene in the game - unless you go bombard Das with requests/suggestions to do it, then he might change his mind XD (I don't encourage this, but I can't stop you if you want to).
Let me know what you guys think.
PS: Please consider becoming a patreon for Das as well. There isn't much to the new version of crowjob yet but the previous incarnations were great; Das is a cool guy and actually pretty unfairly overlooked/underrated just because his art quality isn't up there with the level of Jasonafex and Zonk.

Still alive, and a thank you
Posted 10 years agoYes, I am still alive. I know I haven't really posted much over the last six months or so, but that's something I should start fixing. There's honestly no shortage of things I *could* post, I just never seem to get around to it.
For those not in the know I've been quite busy with work, been through a few rather large family crises, and had a lot of my "spare" time and attention taken up by being a mentor to two artists whom I'm quite dedicated to helping achieve their ambitions.
I also haven't felt very motivated to make any significant commentary on things going on in the video game industry as of late. The simplest summation I could give right now is that all the real potential is in the indie scene, and being the old as fuck relic I am, I'm actually very happy to see the industry pseudo-reverting to its earlier, indie-dominated form.
At some point this year I may be creating a hybrid LP/commentary/analysis channel on youtube, but as with anything, take the "at some point" part with a grain of salt because it really does mean "at some point". It could be two months from now, or December.
Finally, but not least, I would like to say a big collective hello and thank you to everyone who's added me to their watchlist over the last six months or so; and thank you for the favourites that come along in that time.

The Evil Within
Posted 11 years agoSo...up front, as a sort of disclaimer; as pretty much any friend of mine can tell you, I'm not really effected by horror in any normal or appreciable sense, so I can't really speak on whether it is "scary" or not. That said...
...the fuck are people on about? I keep reading these reviews and commentaries on the game, and find myself utterly bemused how the person arrived at their opinion/conclusion.
"The graphics look dated and poor" ... compared to WHAT? Silent Hills PT Demo? Metal Gear Solid 5? Games made with much larger budgets designed for the soul purpose of pushing next gen consoles off the shelves? Fuck off. The game looks perfectly damn fine. And there are plenty of games that do, legitimately, look like shit, that are still better than half the shiney overly brown crap the industry bucket-dumps on us year-round, besides.
"It's not a real survival horror". It couldn't be any more true survival horror if Shinji Mikami came around to your fucking house and held a gun to your head primed to fire if you died in the game. I keep seeing people compare it to Amnesia...are you fucking kidding me? Amnesia isn't survival horror. Even the fucking developer doesn't claim it is, quite correctly.
"It's unfair" / "Cheap insta-deaths". Read my lips (..text): SURVIVAL. HORROR. Did people just fucking forget the Piano room from RE1 when I wasn't looking? It's part of the formula people.
"It's not original or innovative" .... sorry. What is? What the fuck game made in the last 20 fucking years is genuinely original? Oh I'm sure you could rattle off a few names. And I bet if you actually bothered to fucking do a little research, you'll discover a game using the same idea, concept, principles etc was, in fact, done before, or at least something similar. Originality is a gamble. You can be one of those idiots who believes it is always good. But the truth is originality can just as easily produce a boring or shit game, as it can a good one. Shattered Memories was "original", for Silent Hill. It was still a terrible fucking mistake.
"It's hard to understand". Good. Pay attention. Use your fucking brain. If all else fails, ask a friend who did understand it to explain it to you.
"It's locked at 30fps and the aspect ratio is terrible!!!11". No shit. It's called a mistake. Developers make them. Bethesda is very fucking good at making them. They realized their mistake within a fucking hour of releasing the game and within a day or two had confirmed they will fix it with the first deployment patch. In the meantime, you can fix it with console commands. It takes three seconds. Get over it.
"The chapters are too short!". The game takes a minimum of five hours to finish on a NG+ with full upgrades and comprehensive practise. That's about normal for a game these days. It's a survival horror game, not Skyrim. At least it's not padded out to fuck pointlessly using bad pacing and repetition. Hell, Skyrim isn't actually very long if you ONLY do what's absolutely necessary to finish the main quest chain.
What really gets me about this, and the reason I'm even bothering to post this little rant about it despite the fact it doesn't make a lick of difference and it's the first thing of any sort I've posted in ages, is that I actually have what you could rightfully call "unfair" standards for games (from a developers perspective); I don't care for flashy graphics, I'm not interested in gameplay gimmicks, I'm dubious of anything that claims to be or is described as "original" or "innovative", and I'm not sold by the wow/celebrity factor of having Kojima attached to the game.
Phantom Pain looks nice, but I have serious doubts it'll actually be any good as a METAL GEAR game specifically. Silent Hills couldn't interest me any less if they actually tried to make it less interesting to me specifically at this point. I don't give two shits about Destiny, beyond laughing at how awful it is. I've written off Borderlands as having not just "lost the magic" but gone full tard and sold out to the mainstream line at this point. I don't fucking care about Archage, or whatever it's called. XIV, Wildstar, Warlords of Recycling, FF13 Versus or whatever it's called now (Final Vaporware more like)...I just don't care. Not interested.
From the moment I first discovered the existence of The Evil Within last year, right up to its release, I was looking forward to it with great interest. And I was not disappointed. That's practically a fucking achievement when I'm concerned. Seeing people piss on about shit that isn't true, or is so fucking trivial, just reaffirms my belief that it's not the game industry at fault...it's the fucking consumers. Buying shit, even when they acknowledge it's shit, thereby enabling EA (ostensibly, but also others) to continue making shit, underrating games on baseless, trivial, or stupid points, overrating games because some supposedly noteworthy individual told them it was the cool thing to do.
I'm amazed Mikami even fucking bothered to attempt making a new game in this state of affairs.

Thank you

Content moving
Posted 11 years agoNo big deal. I created a secondary account for all my Syl (Digimon) related stuff to go. So all the Syl related stuff here is going into scraps and all new Syl related stuff will be posted over there from now on.

Updates
Posted 12 years agoJust what it says on the can. There are updates. They can be found on the Kaisura project blog. Nothing major. Not yet anyway. Life's being a bitch (well, more of a bitch than normal), so progress has been slower than expected. Things are still being worked on though and progress is being made. So go check it out ... or don't. I'm not your mother. You do what you like.
Drama free Kaisura update
Posted 12 years agoI said I'd make a post about this...ages ago, really. Only just getting around to it now. Lawl.
The Kaisura Project Blog (tumblr based) can be found: here
The Kaisura Project email and G+ is: this
(replace the . with @, obviously)
The Kaisura website is still not yet suitable for public release, but hopefully wont be too much longer.
Illustrations of the many Kaisura types are actively being worked on again. With luck, there'll be about one released per week for the next while.

[KRDP] Policy Update
Posted 12 years agoIt has been brought to my attention that unless a URL/link is provided, proper credit is not being given.
Subsequent of this, any images posted that feature a Kaisura must include a link to my userpage here on FA as the owner and creator of the species. Those of you who have posted numerous images featuring Kaisura characters, including but not limited to Furball and Amione, who are also Kaisura, will have to go back and edit the submission info to correct this.
Thank you to
nightfaux for convincing me this the only proper way to do things.

Well that didn't work (KRDP)
Posted 12 years agoI guess I was too subtle somehow? I'm not sure.
Anyway, there's a Kaisura Project blog now, on tumblr.
I will mostly be posting Kaisura related updates and so forth there, instead of here, from now on.
No, it's not some political stand against FA or...some crazy batshit deal like that. I never intended to use FA as the home-base for all things Kaisura to begin with, I'm just making the first proper moves away from it now.
I won't "disappear" from FA as a result of this, either.

Wait...what? (KRDP related)
Posted 12 years agoThere's a Kaisura Project tumblr.
I'm not sure how that happened.
I wholly encourage no one to go looking for it.

[KRDP] Kaisura Species List
Posted 12 years agoPlease note this is not a complete list; some Kaisura types are still in development, or just ideas that may never actually come out.
- - - - - -
* Kaisura - The standard/base species
* Kaisiri - Aquatic species
* Kaisoru - Avian species
* Kaisaku - Reptilian/Draconian hybrid species
* Kaiskari (Equus) - An iteration of Kaisura with similarities to horses and deer
* Kaiskari (Raam) - An iteration of Kaisura with similarities to goats and cows
* Kaisgor - A larger, bulkier, more bear-like arctic variation of Kaisura
* Kaisarax - A proto-insectoid type of Kaisura (extinct)
* Kaisoris - Dinosaur-like predecessors to the modern Kaisaku (extinct)
* Kaisroki - A somewhat lagomorphic iteration of Kaisura
* Kaisaux - A semi-humanoid variation of Kaisura, closest thing to "anthros" Kaisura come in (in this case Kaisura spliced with Elves, though)
* Kaisrekn - A nubian desert-dwelling type of Kaisura with similarities to jackals
* Kaisgarou - The saber-wolf like iteration of Kaisura Fur calls "Kwuff"
* Kaisexodim - The formal name for hybrids (something that's only part Kaisura)
- - - - - -
This journal will be deleted and reposted in the near-future with additional information; specifically but not limited to where to find the project status page which states which Kaisura species is currently being illustrated...
In the meantime, I'll just tell you; the Kaisoru / avian type is next on the work order. Said work order is not actually the same as the above list, but rather subject to...whatever the hell I feel like working on next.
I can be influenced, though.

My philosophy on...
Posted 12 years ago...making a Kaisura without my permission:
The short and simple of it is, at the end of the day, I can't really stop people doing it. Not without spending outrageous amounts of money on copyrights and trademarks, and pursuing people with lawsuits. I can tell them off, bitch them out, report them to the mods of a site which - to their credit - generally understand and are cool about sorting it out, but I can't really stop it happening.
I actually don't get angry when it happens, though. I mean, it sucks - I don't LIKE it, I find it quite disrespectful, and it is essentially stealing, but what does getting angry about it accomplish? This is the internet. Some people are cool, many are shitheads. You develop thick skin or you become an emotard, or at best, trollbait.
At the end of the day, if you go off and make a Kaisura without my permission, you're a thief. You're effectively saying, "I love your work but I'm too much of a shiteel to actually ask permission or respect you in any way so I'm just gonna go do it". You're already painting a pretty picture of how much of a fucktard you are - you don't need my help.
This isn't actually aimed at anyone, though. It's more of a general insight into how I think of the subject.
- - - - - -
For artists;
I hold nothing against any artist who's been commissioned or accepted a trade or request to do a picture involving a "stolen" Kaisura or whatever. You do what the customer asks for; you can't be expected to go checking if the character's been ripped off or stolen every time.

[KRDP] Kaisuran Language
Posted 12 years agoKAISURAN LANGUAGE
A rudimentary explanation
- - - - - -
The first and most poinient thing to explain about the Kaisuran language is that no
word in it has a literal definition - the Kaisuran language is purely descriptive. The
word "Kais" is a prime example of this; Kais describes anything that is of Kaisuran
origin, and is used most visibly as the prefix of the name for any Kaisura species.
"Kaisura", to us, is actually a composite of two words to a Kaisura.
"Kais", describing something of Kaisuran origin.
"Ura", describing something which came first (chronologically).
"Kais'Ura" therefore describes "something of our origin which came first".
The names of all Kaisura species function this way.
Kaisiri, to us;
Kais, describing something of Kaisuran origin.
Iri, describing the underwater environment.
Kais'Iri, "something of our origin (in) the underwater environment"
This latter example also makes a small demonstration of the particular difficulty in
interpreting the Kaisuran language for non-Kaisura; context. Kaisura are exceptionally
intuitive creatures and thus their language largely foregoes any measure of deliberate
context. This poses no problem for Kaisura, but makes their language rather hit-and-
miss to translate for other species, save for the occasional individual of similarly
high intuition, or of many years of experience.
It should also be noted, however, that composite words are actually not very common
in the Kaisuran language today, beyond the names of Kaisuran species. Composite words
were used largely to narrow down what was being described more specifically. At an
earlier period of history, though at no particular point, many new words were
introduced to the Kaisuran language which describe subjects, concepts, and objects
specifically on their own, in turn drastically reducing the need for composite words.
- - - - - -
A little history, for flavor;
- - - - - -
Though its name might suggest it was the Kaisura, the Kaisuran language was actually
first developed by the Kais - the genetic predecessors of the Kaisura, from where the
descriptive meaning of the word Kais derrives.
For the longest time, no other species of Kaes'Aran could translate the Kais'
language with any consistency or reliability. At the time, this was to the Kais'
benefit, as they were largely subjugated by the Elves, Dragons, and certain other
dominant species of Kaes'Aran.
It wasn't until well after the emergence of the Kaisura and the bloody revolution in
which they became the new dominant species of Kaes'Aran, when the Kaisura themselves
called for a halt to the meaningless bloodshed and turned their efforts to diplomacy,
that they invested efforts into teaching other races how to interpret their language.
Ironically, it turned out that even with the Kaisura's help, the other species of
Kaes'Aran still found it difficult to translate the Kaisuran language, with the
translations often being partially inaccurate and largely inconsistent.
Only individuals of particular intuition, or significant experience, can translate
the language well enough for common conversation, let alone serious diplomatic
discussion. As a result, Kaisura simply teach their children how to speak, read, and
write the other primary languages of Kaes'Aran.
Many dragons to this day still find it infuriating that a three year old Kaisura
understands the dragon language better than a three-hundred year old dragon understands
the Kaisura's.

But it's not sexy!
Posted 12 years agoToday I thought I'd share with you a rare insight into the unfathomable and bizarre workings of my mind. In this case, concerning the Kaisura particularly.
The base Kaisura, the type of which Dev is normally, and most who've been permitted to make one besides, is not sexy to everyone, nor do I expected it to be, nor was it an objective in the design.
Similarly, not everyone finds the Kaisiri sexy, nor do I expect them to - nor was it my ambition for them to. It would actually be more accurate to say I -expect- relatively few people to find Kaisura designs sexy. Somewhere along the course of the years I've been working away on the Kaisura, it seems to have been forgotten that my "target audience" are;
a) folks who find the Kaisura interesting, and-
b) folks who like weird sexualized creatures
The Kaisura are a pseudo monster-girl/CoC sub-genre concept. They are a Marmite species, in every form. Some will like it, others will make sicky faces. And that's how it should be.

Posted 12 years agoI'll be posting an illustration of the Aquatic Kaisura variant probably later today.
This should be amusing.

A courtesy for those looking forward to RE6
Posted 13 years agoThis isn't a debate over PC versus console, I want to make that absolutely clear from the start.
That said, I strongly advise against getting RE6 for the PC if you can get it on PS3 or 360 instead. I know many people prefer mouse aiming over thumb sticks, but RE6 PC is going to be tied down by the same thing RE5 PC was - GFWL.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not actually against GFWL generally. I don't mind it. But I never played a single co-op game of RE5 through it that didn't lag like it was going out of fashion, and I know it was coming from GFWL. I also have pretty good reason to suspect the PC version isn't very well optimized (unlike the RE5 PC, which actually was 'mostly', to its credit). Rumours of RE6 being on Steam are also just that: rumours. It remains to be proven yet, and this close (relatively speaking) to release, that's not a strong sign.
I'm also well aware RE5 PC got screwed out of DLC, but that isn't as much of an issue in my mind - the simple fact is, it was only ONE legitimate DLC, and it wasn't anything to loose sleep over. I don't see RE6 doing any better in that department.
This is just my two cents and should by no means be taken as anything but a general advisory.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Other gaming relating tidbits;
Still playing RE Revelations like a nutter (Raid Mode)
KH3DS, in my humble opinion, is easily the best of the franchise so far. The drop time limit is getting annoying though, I admit.
If you mention XIV to me, I may very well block you. I'm that tired of hearing about it. It's XI with better graphics and slight mechanical changes - to think otherwise is brain-dead delusion, live with it.
Darksiders II looms ever closer. My pants cannot contain the excitement.
AC3 (Freedom) bores me to death and it's not even out yet. Ironically and frustratingly, AC3/Liberation on the other hand, looks amazing and interesting. Why the hell does it have to be Vita exclusive?
Doom 3 BFG Edition makes me happy inside. I can't wait for it to come out. THAT is a game I'm willing to pay for a second time, especially in its remastered form.
My faith in the Wii U cannot be shaken by your petty Nintendo-bashing. Stop bothering, you're just wasting your time and mine. :3
Peace~

Kaisura FAQ
Posted 13 years agoI forgot to mention this myself, ironically, but there's an FAQ of sorts for the Kaisura now. Those of you who watch both me and Furball likely already know about it - those of you who missed it, it can be found here:
http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/3560434
I check up on it on a fairly regular basis and post answers to questions generally as soon as I've read them (assuming the question is something worth answering, which most have been so far).

Hey, FWA-ers!
Posted 13 years agoOn behalf of Shimy and her friend:
So hiho all of my lovely Lathanders watchers. I bid you allo from the great land of the internet. A good friend of mine is going to Furry Weekend Atlanta this weekend! Weeee! It's her first time there and she's going to have a dealers table set up selling her Pokemon and Pony hats. I would consider it a great favour if those going to FWA were to stop by for me and glance over her wares. Maybe buy a hat or some other merchandise. If you're curious what she's good at you can head on over to her account at

And a few samples to get your brony hearts racing:

Oh my god! I Live!
Posted 13 years agoNo, seriously. I'm not dead.
I haven't posted anything in for-fucking-ever though, I admit. I'll fix that soon, probably starting today.
I've been preoccupied lately with SO MUCH PONY. For one thing. I have not converted to the supposed religion that is SWTOR, or Skyrim.
Been busy working on a little project - a website-based profile system to act as an open reference for all my characters that aren't Devon. A more Kaisura-suited one will come later.
...and am I really the only person who thinks a whole bunch of 'furry porn artists' censoring their work for a day is unlikely to have an impact on the whole SOPA thing? I find it hard to imagine these people browse furry porn sites and go "oh hey they're all upset, we should rethink this".
Maybe it is just me.
