That dood up there, yes the dood with exploding avatar, is the one and only Dubz and he draws awesome shit. He's the guy behind the comic Feral an epic action packed brawler of a comic following the tale of Hayley Rosa as she embarks on an adventure to rise through the ranks of the Feral fighting circuit by kicking 7 shades of shit out of people, growing as both a fighter and a person along the way.
So what would you be funding? Well unlike many comics in the fandom that are hosted online and the like Feral is a beast, because it gets printed old skool. You cna hold it and everything! Cuddle it at Night! Bungie Jump with it! Although I think you'd probably be missing the point of what you do with a comic... regardless you'll be supporting the dream of one of the most geniunely nice blokes in the universe.
This is the second book though, I've already missed the first so what is the point? Some of you might be asking, well that doesn't even matter because the second level perk (just $25) gets you a digital copy of both the first and the second book (once complete) so you won't be catching something mid swing. In a quick sum up it basically gives people who prodice regular content an avenue into crowd funding, a bit like things like kickstarter and Indiegogo. The main differene between Patreon and those other crowd funding sites is that they are for funding a single project and Patreon is for supporting someone/something in the long term. With that most basic of explanations out of the way lets get to that pimping I mentioned!

A Night at The Movies
Posted 11 years agoPrevious angry/whiney journal has been deleted. All the comments that were left by people I've saved. Thank you for your concerned people it meant a lot.
In other journal news I went with
conglaciosolus to see Guardians of The Galaxy. It's the latest Marvel comic series to make it to the big screen and when compared to the others that have come out is definetly lesser known. Personally I'd never heard of it before the movie was annouced but it's quirky cast had me interested so me and to puppy decided it would defo be worth out time when it arrived. First a foremost it was nice to get out of the house for once as well as have a chance to defrag my computer. Time away from my routine of sitting at the computer (even if it was to go sit and look at a giant screen) was really nice.
The Movie itself was actually pretty bloody fantastic. I prefer it to The Avengers movie, the group is just so much more interesting. I was mostly worried about Bradly Cooper playing Rocket, as I really wasn't sure he had a voice that'd work. I was glad I was wrong. Rocket, Groot and Quill turned out to be fantasic characters and made the entire movie a joy. If you were on the fence about seeing this movie, go see it now you butts.

The Nuffcast is where myself and a few buddies chat about various shite with our ramblings intersected with some good old fashioned music. It likes a radio show only with the production values of a Nigerian soap opera and probably far too much swearing. Today we'll be discussing a little bit about e-sports and females within them plus whatever weirdness Sithil brings to the table not to mention talking directly to you guys in the stream chat and taking requests. If this goes well we might just make it a weekly/bi-weekly thing.
Should be om ate 19:00-20:00gmt. I'll post closer together time!

Tonight on The Nuff Show
Posted 11 years agoHai ladies and gents, today is monday and monday shall be the day we have The Nuff Show. Simply put this is just a name for when Nuff streams nonsense. I'll try and hang out with who ever turns up on the stream and I'll be chatting via mic and maybe even text should I miss a question for long enough that if I answear by mic everyone will miss it (miight happen a lot). So, what can you look forward to tonight? Well tonight I'll be trying to make Balloon animals live on stream (fails ahoy!), attempting to get a bit futher in The Witcher 2 as I struggle with it's godawful combat system and if things run late enough you might even be treated to me going full ham in Dota 2 as me and my buddies try to break what is currently a horriffic losing streak.

Post Birthday Musings
Posted 11 years agoSo yesterday was my birthday, thanks to those who wished me a happy one twas most appreciated. I officially olded my way out of mid 20's and zimmerframed my way into the lates hitting the ripe age of 27. Almost all the peeps I keep in contact with are much younger than me so forgive me for feeling old when I'm not really :P
This has however got me thinking about how little I have accomplished so far, so many projects I wanted to do are just dust covered memories, prisoners to my incredible level of laziness. Well I guess it's time I stopped funking about.
Here's my list of shit to get done:
- Complete group project of RPG video game.
- Write up graphic novel featuring Lynk
- Write up graphic novel 'Grey'
- Start and complete a new album (musics)
- Start up DOTA 2 chat show 'The Nyx Tape'
- cast more DOTA 2
- Do more live play through game streams
- Bring back the Nuffcast
- Finish writing Plus1
- Seduce all the ladies (hey there cutie ;P)
That should cover it. Let's see if I can do any of these before I hit 28, eh?

International Day of Happiness
Posted 11 years agoMarch 20th is the International Day of Happiness, a day (as you might just have managed to guess) that celebrates happiness and all things that bringeth those feels. So as this day progresses put any of those dark feels behind you, forget your trouble for just one single day and take a long loving look at the things that put a smile on your face. Personally the things that are making me happy at the moment a numerous. Firstly Dota 2 has been fantastic for me, it brings something challening are rewarding to my gaming life as well as giving me something competative to follow, plus I've meet some cool new guys through it that share some simular interests outside of the game too. Silly derp head Conglacio_Solus is always pleased to see/hear/chat to me so that is always something of a smile generating comfort, plus he is my most solid of gaming buddies (even if he does like WoW ewww!). Neko-Maya always brings tales of derpiness that only she could manage to create, is always willing to listen to my ramabling about character ideas and such (even when she's busy trying to work). She is also super fun if you can get her inspired which is always a pleasure to watch. All the other derps that entertain me via various social media outlets, IM's or on FA include the likes of DrDubz, allowedcamping, Demus, Sithil, rageki, zorakku, chandraken, squival, zairex & mintbutt some of whom I speak to more than others, and some I should probably speak to more often but you are all pretty awesome and bring me the happy. One last thing that'll bring me happy is ice cream & chocolate, which I fully intend to buy on my way home as a celebration of the happy!
So everyone out there, my watchers(of which I'm sure I have too many), what is it that makes you happy?
