Given I have tussled this idea around with myself Megaplex as well, I thought it'd be fun to attempt tp do a lil' Iron Artist once again with these! :)
Of course, don't expect all slots to get filled here, BUT aimin' to get any icons had for interest done by the end of this comin' Saturday, if not sooner! Gonna be the challenge, but willin' to do!

And in the most likely'd case that slots won't fully fill up, also plan to close up around 10 p.m. EST. :)

I... really can't find a way to form together words to truly describe this con was for me. Simply expressin' how much LOVED this con (which I REALLY) did is NOT enough. <3

This con was very surprisin' and special to me in so many ways. Not only did I enjoy myself as any other attendee/fursuiter (which I certainly hope is nothin' BUT positive things about it!), but I was given opportunities, invites, and privileges I seriously did not expect. And I couldn't feel more honored about it. <3

So much happened this weekend that it's such a blur all in one, but jeez do I recall a ton! Guess I'll try overall recap of how my days happened to have gone (especially so to sit down and rethink all these new memories)! <3

Thursday-
This day, of course, was when we had arrived! The moment that we did, I could tell the weekend was grand.
Got the pleasure & honor of meetin' , , and through the door. Quite simple to say, was very nervous throughout, but was a joy.
I suppose it's not seemingly 'blunt', or even egotistical to say at this point, but over the course of a few months ago, I was asked to make posters for Megaplex (that info, of course, was mostly kept hush-hush). I figured bein' they were posters, there may be one or two scattered around the walls of the cons, like all other fabulous signs/artwork! But walkin' through the con center, seems those particular posters were main ones that welcome attendees through the entrance. Quite blunt to say, I was quite shocked. Speechless for the most part, even.
After gettin' down to pick up registration for Momlando and I for the con, things went alright for Mom! For me however... I cannot thank Yappy and everyone enough for this.
It was really my utmost honor and pleasure to contribute artwork to the con, but wow... thank you SO much for no charge for my registration. <:') Was not expected, but I definitely appreciate and had me flustered. <3
Was able to make it to the bowlin' meet as well, which... pff, so much occurred that night; super glad I got to run into and , as well as , , , , and many others, would really be too many to list. But there were definitely a LOT of peeps I got to see around there, and that night in general! Was excellent pre-con fun, and a great first night. Thank you to everyone I ran into/finally got to see that day! <3

Friday-
Oh my gosh, this day. Thank you so much again for a surprise for one of those more 'exclusive' Megaplex shirts, KP! Was too too sweet of ya'll! And again, my pleasure to have contributed. <3
...And FINE, I GUESS I gotta say. He may have been such a mean tease, but it was great to finally meet yah , as well as , in the flesh, so to speak. :) Was great to see Yippee again, and fun goin' against Verms in Iron Artist, which was well had and ran by the wonderful (great to see yah again, dude)! :)
After this earlier fun, nothin' much occurred for me durin' the afternoon, but I can definitely say this night was pure gold. <3
Momlando and I had pleasure of bein' invited to come and chat around the bar, with Vermy, Xzadfor, Ruby, and all others that happened to come around, like , Tirrel, Bucktown, etc.! :)
Was also a pleasure to say hello to Uncle, Grandma, and Grandpa Kage. Kage is always a pleasure to happen to run into, and really enjoyed opportunity to meet and say hello to your folks! <3
Runnin' into and , as well, was such a pleasure, as well as chattin' was a big pleasure. Lovely seein' you two folks again <3 And thank you SO much again for the beach ball! It's SO much fun (and all that balancing)! <3
And I definitely ran into a lot more folks that night, but wow, again, so much and so many, it was great. <3

Saturday-
This day... this day, was somethin' else. Went to the fursuit parade, that's always fun, and definitely saw a good amount of folks there! <3 Shaylee, Buddy, and Rocky, you three are the cutest fluffy family, was great to run into you guys multiple times durin' the con. And awesome to you you guys had a wonderful time as well! <3

Past the mornin' was when things took me more to surprise. Imma broken record, but thank you again Yappy; heck in general, Megaplex staff, for the invite to the Sponsor luncheon with you all. The food and dessert served was very delicious, and I was most flattered to have invite to a more reserved 'event' occurin' at the con. :)
The late afternoon/evenin' of this day was spent in mixture of full on resting for once and suitin' around a bit! But, I was, once again, invited to sponsor suite for dinner, which I am again honored to have been part of. Again, great great stuff! :)

And this night... yeah, has the be the MOST memorable. <XD Finally got to see (THANK GOODNESS) this time around, and was great to have hung around with him, Dingo, Aura, Vermy, Luie, Nbowa, and others' blindfolds, gamin', arting, talkin' around a bit, and all! :) I didn't think I'd have, let alone be given, the opportunity to have this kind of night with peeps I've more so wanted to meet/see again for the longest, and was definitely such great fun!
Thank you guys SO much for the invite to such fun! Was superb! <3

Sunday-
Twas a great day, this was. Was a day full of early goodbyes for quite a few, but if not that, 'last-time' great fun!
Fursuit games, I was thankfully able to make, and it was great great fun! <3 And seemed I was invited to come up to the sponsor lounge once again for sushi, which can I say, has been so long since I was able to have, and it was DELICIOUS.
And was once again a pleasure to get to talk with Kage's folks once again! <3

Did not expect myself to go, but also went to the charity auction.... haha, was I embarrassed. :) I'm once again flattered to have helped out the con in such a way, even more so to have helped with contribution to C.A.R.E. They deserve funds to help out the animals, and I bust out a big smile each time at thought that I, in some way, could help out. :)

Afterwards, of course, attended the always wonderful FPS (luckily didn't take too long to get back in suit upstairs). And what can I say, that was such great fun! ALWAYS one thing to watch the show, was another to get to watch them in the flesh again. Always great stuff from you guys, and thank you for the Sunday fun as always! :) <3

Past this, went out with quite a few folks for Giordano's (I've mentioned the lot of yah already, 'sides, you know who you are)! BEST last dinner for the con, and always great food.
And despite original thoughts, found myself goin' out and about in suit ONE last time for the late night parade, ended up in the dance, said my goodbyes to peeps (more or less). And by gosh, when I had to get to bed, did the true knowledge this was the last day hit me. So bittersweet, so worth it all. :')

TL;DR

This has had to have been the best con to have happened, hands down. It was well run, the new hotel was AMAZIN' for such a con with such events, and heck, the vibe of the entire cone jus' URGED for socialization and fun (with fur all around)! :D

There are definitely MANY more folks I met this weekend (if not saw again) that I didn't wanna too much list up (but peeps I did above, trust me, you definitely gave such extra sentimental and sweet gesture <3), but by gosh; Yuchi (EVEN IF MATH), Lau Lau, Starrick, Marinaneira, Rrruff, Han, Jreq, Brejar, Blue, Sterling, Rei, Sparky, Rawk, Diz, Stratosfear, Cream Cheese, Alakai, Wyoon, BeagleDerp, Gen, folks I've already listed above, all of Megaplex staff; seriously, EVERYONE. I contemplated even tryin' to list a good CHUNK of you guys here because so many of you guys made this con such a memorable one, whether I got to actually chat, saw you guys for a sec, simply saw, you're big parts. <3

And I cannot thank you all enough for that. Compliments and all on posters (if not my work in general, wow ;;), trust me, I took SO much to heart. <3
Tears were indeed rollin' down my face as I left the hotel this morning. But that was sign of how wonderful of experience it was for me. And jus' knowledge it'll be a quite a time before I can -see- a good amount of you guys again.
But for those I were able to say my 'goodbyes' to on Sunday night (as this mornin', had to try and get stuff checked on out by noon and slept quite a while <:)), I came to thought that those aren't my 'farewells 'til next time', but rather 'see you later'. Which I shall. :) Was a wonderful 'end' to my summer here, and I cannot thank you all (especially Momlando) for bein' a big part of it. <3

I GREATLY look forward to next year's Megaplex, AND with how confidence of things are lookin' already, ALSO MFF next year! :D Hope to see many of you folks there, one or the other (if not both, who knows)! :D

Heyheya everyone! WELP, as title here says, decidin' to close commissions up early!

I know I did say originally that I would close up around this comin' Thursday (majorly July 5th, 12 AM), but I still have quite the number of notes here, as well as few recently incomin', and pace I'm goin' at is slower than I realized it would, mainly for quite the interest I received early on with reference sheets (and still believe I have quite the few to do)! <:)

GOSH, I appreciate it greatly guys, and am goin' as fast as I can here! But before the summer here started, I made note and slight promise to myself that I WOULD get ALL commissions done that I received before a certain da in July, especially at least three (if not about two) weeks or so prior to Megaplex! SO, the extra free week without anymore incomin' interest would definitely be bes'!

So overall, not accemptin' anymore notes/inquiries past postin' of this journal here!

A little outdated, in terms of

Please read through if you are majorly new to commissionin' me!
Overall with askin', however please note me, preferably with a title that tells you are inquirin' about a commission, if not what specifically you would like! Also, provide detailed description (if it necessarily applies), as well as [general/clean] refs of who'd and what you'd like me to do! :)

But again, I ask you read through my terms and whatnot before possibly orderin' from me (to which, that much, I'm real flattered about! <3)

As note, I try my bes' to get all commissions done within a day or so (of course, dependin' on response of commissioners). Given that, I plan to space out when I click on notes on what days!
Hopin' to work on as many people I can a day!

Jus' to have that in mind, in case it may be a while before I get to yah! :)

WELP, Megaplex is comin' up REAL fast, and gosh DARN, I'm super excited for it! :D
New hotel, new people to see 'round, peeps to see again, jus' so much to do! (That, and other things that apparently shall be had! :))

For a long while, now, though I wouldn't be good enough anyhow, I considered doin' the artist alley for a day at the con! But, the more I thought about it, it WOULD cut back time to suit, jus' be truly free for the weekend, and heck if peeps actually wanted to (though I definitely doubt) hang out! I'm still prone on idea to do commissions pertainin' to the con, though, SO, as next closest thing, I'm takin' pre-order for sketches! :)

Assumin' I'm doin' this right, would of course do sketches of what you'd like, confirm for approval, and deliver to yah at the con! I plan to have them in a folder with me constantly till all are to rightful peeps, so if yah bump into me, oughta have it at hand!

Sketches would be $5 per critter (and done on 9x12 in. paper)!

Heyheya folks!

Lately (already), I have been gettin' pretty dang excited for Megaplex! Only about 3 months away (still considerably close!!) and boy am I ready to see/meet you all, and suit my heart out even more again! <3

Though, it seems quite a few peeps have actually asked me about possibly gettin' art from me! Flattered and honored at thoughts that is, I at first politely put down such thoughts!

But, more and more, I'm considerin' tryin' out for dealin', at least tryin' for the Artist Alley one day at Megaplex!

Though, aside from simple descriptions on site, I would like to get personal advice/tips from any peeps who may have experience with this sorta thing. :)

First off, would I even be allowed to do this (as I didn't see any age-restriction about it)! :D
But namely, jus' wanna know more into the 'what-dos' and what is acceptable to do!

I'm aware of the 'first come, first serve' basis with artist alley tables, as well as it's best (let alone, necessary) to have examples of what you're offerin' at your table!

I am more of the 'visual' artist as well, so I would ask/require people present refs (of some sort) I could temporarily keep or at least take a picture of!

Past that...I'm clueless of anythin' else! <:'D

I'm thinkin' to only acceptin'....10 slots? Maybe a few more for sketches! Is that limitation allowed? And is it okay for my stayin' at my very table while I finish them, or must I move someplace else to hand to respective commissioners?

That, and I want to know how to handle tax 'n stuff I'm aware the con itself needs to take part of!
Who handles that, etc etc?

Half of my questions probably don't make sense, but overall, appreciate the tip here 'n there if yah may have it! :D <3

I've decided a person I wanna get a new suit of Orlando from! Nono, my current/former one has nothin' wrong with it, nor am I tirin' of it! I'm ALWAYS gonna love that one, because of it's quality, work, features, and it's my first one, after all! Has it's own special place in my heart! <3

BUT, I actually want to get Orlando done by my favorite suit makers, see 'im in their styles and whatnot!
And given my quote from this one I plan to get Orlando done from next, it was WAY less than I expected, so I plan to commission 'im by the end of the year! <3

Also, jus' to in a way prepare me, would definitely help if ya'll told me what kinda commission types you had in mind for me to do! Not full on description and detail of what you'd want for say, but more so lemme know if you were thinkin', saaay, "A 2 character sketch commission", ooor, "1 character, fully colored and shaded, no bg", all that stuff!

There are times when I may be in the mood to take on such a project to do, or simply am in the mood for somthin' mainly simple and not aaall to time consumin', like an icon!

And not sure if this may apply to EVERYONE, so this is optional info to add, but then again could help me (and in a way you as well):
If you can, please tell me durin' what months/times in general I could be able to contact you concernin' if you'd like me to take on your commission idea!
Lets say, if you don't always have the funds for extra pleasure and such like to commission people for stuff of your character around...January or so, till you know you get your paycheck and such! Jus' tell me when (and doesn't essentially have to be WHY) I can/can't/shouldn't contact you!

All the same, though, again, my moods to do commissions and stuff is very 'sporadic', if you will, as well as factor of "where" you are you on the list for when I will get to you! :D

I've pretty much finished all my MFF schemes for you peeps goin' I could get too in time! I sadly couldn't do everyone like I reeeeaally wish I coulda, but did the majority peeps I definitely wanted to get too (even though still missin' out on a few), so I feel overal accomplished!! 8D

Aaaaand I know I'm not often one to make the actual journal to say "Have a great time at (insert con here)!!" and whatnot, but MFF sounds like its gonna be HELLA FUN this yeah, and I jus' want to let ya'll know!!

Pretty great for ya'll I couldn't make it there though, bein' I woulda made the con's hype suddenly drop, and definitely don't wanna spoil your great times! :D

Hehe, of course as many of ya'll may not be aware, FPS (Funday Pawpet Show) had a fundraiser show to earn mney to possibly go on for another year/season, if reachin' their $6000 goal (which they did)! :D

After seein' that a few peeps, whether outta the blue or pre planned, could do art pieces, I felt sudden want to possibly help out a bit more, aside from my own donation I could give at hand, hehe! <X)

Decided to be available to do a digital piece that could have one to two characters, fully colored, shaded, but no BG! And that actually got at least $200 dollars extra (can't quite remember the actual number, but even so...WOW, I am still uberly shocked).

And the winner of this piece from me, as seen in IRC chat for the show's channel was "wolfdog2007". I gave him my AIM info, as well as my email to get in touch with him!

He did mention before I had to click off the IRC chat that he added me to AIM, thus I am lookin' for him there!
However, can't seem to find any sorta info that someone may have added me to their buddy list (does AIM even do that?), nor a message there, or anything on mah email concernin' around him!

Bein' I also have my schemes I reeeaaally gotta finish up here and there, as well as fact I unfortunately only have tomorrow off, and rest of my week school, wanna try to get to this piece as quick as I can for this generous fellah, hehe! <XD

SO ANYWAY, IN A NUTSHELL 8U :

As title says, I have sent out all icons as of now that were acceped from my waitin' list made last week!
At least, so I believe!
If I for any reason did not send out your icon, please please lemme know, and I will gladly fix that little screw up of mine! <3

ALSO, considerin' how long I was keepin' people waitin', I'm pretty sure I may have even sent out icons for a few peeps who had yet a chance to pay! Would still appreciate gettin' those payments in as soon as you get to 'em! <3

But, overall, again as mentioned in notes I've sent out to each of yah, thank you so, soo, SOOO much for commissionin' me, as well as bein' VERY patient with these! I barely like keepin' people who commission me waitin' longer than a day, let alone 12 hours at very most for commissions, and realizin' it would take me jus' a whole day to simply OUTLINE sketches of these things really put buggin' stress on me!

Luckily no essential distractions for me came up, and I still reached the time goal I had to myself to finish all of these by, which was before the end of the weekend! <3

Don't think I'm EVER doin' anything like a waitin' list again, haha! Or at least, for THAT many things to do! <XD

Buut YEAH, again, stuff is sent out (or rather should be!), and once again, commissions are once again closed for me, as I really gotta pay at least more than half attention to school stuff these days now, bein' the first quarter is pretty much over, and gotta bring grades up in a few classes! :P

Heyhey everyone!!

WELL, I have had this thought to do on my mind for the past few weeks, and a few people here and there have even poked me about interest for 'em!
And this week, it seems I'm gonna have an early release Thursday, followed by an extra day off from school on the very Friday followin' it!

SO, I'm considerin' doin' some Halloween icons (or heck, simply icons in general if you'd like!) to TRY have done for ya'll by the end of this comin' weekend! :D

AND, because I am aware that slots from me these days always seem to fill up quite fast in the times I post 'em up, Imma offer a high chance this time! :D

Though I definitely don't expect numbers of simple interest to reach this high, Imma have 70 slots open for icons!! :D
And certainly, one can commission however many they'd want!
(ASLO, dependin' on how my art mood may persist with these, I may possibly consider openin' for more, more so around another 10 or so!)
My icons are at a simple price of $5! And more recently, ones with colored lineart are $6! ^^

And bein' the high number I'm offerin' here, be aware that as always with my 'limited' commission slots, I will NOT be sendin' out any sketches of WIP of these icons for approval! If I do indeed mess up on somethin' to your dissatisfaction, however, will be more than happy to try and fix it! :D

-As a first off, I require a VISUAL reference of whatever character you'd like me to do, as I don't do descriptions I'm afraid! <:)
Doesn't have to be a full on reference either, though! Any pic of your character you may have that at least has a great view/coloring of its headshot at least (considerin' it'll only be headshot icon) would greatly do and be appreciated!
And please keep the ref clean/PG! <3

-Do NOT send any payment as of yet till I I'll let you know (and bein' I probably won't even give myself a head start on any icon stuff even without any payments sent till Wednesday evening, and would prefer not to hold anyone's precious moolah till ready)! ^^
-When sendin' payment, please include your FA username in the PP message! ^^

-In case one may not be familiar with what I send out/how I do my icons, I draw out the whole icon on a 500x500 pixel canvas, then resize it down to FA proportions (100x100 pixels) for your easy use, as png. file format! :D

-NOTE: I would also very much prefer if ALL info of characters you'd want me to draw were in the comments below in this journal, as to be sure I'll have all info in one place! Notes, if sent, will not be read. :)
