Visual Novel Poll
Posted 6 years agoHere we go again...
For those who may remember, I've talked about wanting to make a game of sorts for a while. While I'd like to make something in Unity or RPG Maker, those require some time and learning before actually getting the desired results. Thus, I sat my sights on something a little easier, comparingly: Adventure Games and/or Visual Novels. Like I said before, I've journaled this for some time and even polled to see what people would want, and mostly people wanted an Adventure Game. Unfortunately, the engines that were made to make such games aren't that well know, are outdated, or have a total lack of community support that finding a basic tutorial is like finding a needle in a hay stack. Not to mention, the only available module for an Adventure Game for Unity is behind a paywall, something I currently can't afford or have a way to break even if I can even make such a game.
Thus comes to the nature of this journal. While I've not given up in making an Adventure Game, I think making a Visual Novel would be something more beneficial in starting off and working up from. They're easy, can be long or short, and can drive a narrative home if done right. Problem is that I have no real start, setting or motivation to actually get one written, even just a basic screenplay script of one. That's where you guys can help me out. What I would like is your guys' opinion on what kind of VN you'd like to see be made.
There are, of course, some things to note:
* The choices are suggestion of ideas that I've been thinking of. If you have your own ideas, feel free to leave them in the space provided on the poll or in the comments here.
* You may choose more than one suggestion, however it's required to choose at least one. An "Other" option is provided if you don't prefer any within the list, but please provide an alternate option.
* Some options will have "Dating Sim", "Original Story", or both in the same checkbox. This is because my ideas of certain options might require a story (I love a good story over lewd smut) or the story's been established and thus doesn't need elaboration. Either way, if you wish, you can choose both options if they're separated.
* Because my art skills are about as solid as fresh cow shit, most of the assets (background, characters, objects, scenes, etc.) will be done using Source Filmmaker. Unless someone wishes to volunteer their skills, this is all I have to work with, apart from some doll making programs that are just as hard to work with when adding content to them as any game engine.
* Keep in mind that this will still happen if no one chooses an option or makes a suggestion, this poll is just to help with know what people would want from it.
* This would be my first REAL Visual Novel, which means I'm not expecting it to come out like a bonified work of art, so please keep expectations low, like so low that ants would have to limbo to get under it.

Posted 6 years agoPersonally, I don’t feel comfortable asking others for money. But desperate times.
Each month, I have a small loan payment to make, about $450, for my current residents. This wouldn’t be a big issue, except I don’t have any source of income and have to rely on small amounts of cash just to break even. Both my current unemployment situation, on top of other things, have been really making hard to scrape by.
So I ask if anyone can donate, even just a small amount, then I’ll be appreciative.
Why don’t you just do commissions?
Just like I’ve explain in previous journals, I don’t consider my art as something I can sell, especially since none of the ones who made the assets for them aren’t receiving royalties for them, which in my mind is close enough to stealing. Not to mention the fact that I don’t possess any traditional artistic skills necessary to warrant any type of commissioning value.
However, any donations for requests would be helpful, but of course not required.
Regardless, this is still my problem to solve and I’m still trying to work on it. All I ask is just some help if willing.

Random Question: Macro/Micro
Posted 6 years agoNotice
This journal isn't meant to bash or spread hate on people who like this type of art/fetish. I am mostly curious on certain aspects of this fetish and why the prominence. This isn't to also shame or discourage those who like said aspects and/or who make such art. If you don't feel comfortable either to explain your side or to share publicly, no one is gonna force you to respond or I can post a google form link to let yourself remain anonymous.
That being said, recently I've been exploring artwork pertaining to Macro/Micro. Most of the work I've seen is pretty standard and I have a somewhat idea as to why people like it in general. What does throw me, however, is the art that involves a character or characters rampaging through an entire city, destroying buildings, and killing/eating people or any other type of vore that can be thought of. Again, I can get a sense of why part of that is something people would have a fantasy for (Godzilla, Rampage the Video Game, etc.), but I'm having a hard time understanding why some of it includes a character finding pleasure, sexually or otherwise, in killing a bunch of people in such a bloody/gory way. So my question:
Why does some art involving Macro or Micro include a lot of gore or find it normal?
Again, This is not meant to be hateful, shameful, or to bully others. If you do have a comment, please keep it civil and not to start any drama.

Anthro Modeling Tutorials
Posted 6 years agoI'm just gonna bite the bullet and ask: Does anyone know of any good, easy to follow tutorials on how to make characters in blender of the anthropomorphic kind?
Requests/Updates
Posted 6 years agoAs you’ve probably seen, I noted that I’d reopen requests again.
Today is that day… partially.
Currently, only poster work is back open. Gifs will be on a Maybe basis, as in just ask and we’ll see.
There is some changes to note with requests.
1. Requests will now be slot based. If you need details, check the commissions page.
2. Each request will be ranked by priority under my own discretion. This will be based on who’s requested before, what the content is, the level of detail in describing what is requested, and what my current situation is.
3. Once each slot has been filled, requests will be temporary closed until at least 80% are completed. It should be noted that any new requests during this period will be ignored. If this happens, it is advised to wait until new slots open and then try your request again. Check the commissions page for currently open slots and for updates as it’ll change with no notice.
5. Being that these are requests and not commissions, I have the right to refuse any request under any circumstances nor am I obligated to finish a request, whether in whole or in part, in a timely matter or at all. Art trades will be handled separately.
6. While I don’t have, nor plan to make, a F-List, please know that I’m open to any requests, so long as it doesn’t included hardcore gore, vore, blood, rape, propaganda/agenda, or anything too extreme. Anything softcore will be handled on a case by case situation.
Please read these rules as once you do make a request, it means that you agree with what is written here.

Anyone know of any good Casual Diaper Fics?

ABDL Game Ideas
Posted 6 years agoOne thing to note, I posted this as a topic on Fox Tail Times. But due to my current status, anything I post must be approved by the admins, and since I even posted a reply to another topic some time in early March, I don’t think this will see the light of day for the foreseeable future. Sorry if you’re an admin on that forum, but the current setup is ridiculous.
These are just ideas and concepts, based on genre, that I’ve had swimming in my head and been wishing to make or want to be made. I’m not looking for someone to make these games, I’m just not skilled enough to do certain parts of them/low on funds to commission assets for what I have as an idea. Anyone is free to use part or all of the concepts written here and any idea that may have similar attributes to anyone else’s is strictly coincidental.
RPGs
One thing you can definitely find an abundance of ABDL games that are/use RPG Maker. While these can be fun, other seem to be “copy and paste” games, in that they seem to be the same game over and over again. Not to hate on those who’ve made these games before here and not to sound like I’m ranting, but there’s nothing wrong with versatility. Not to mention, some of these games HAVE an ABDL theme but don’t utilize it, almost like its just a mod or its just one aspect out of many. Or the game is made with RPG Maker, but is structured more as an adventure game rather than an RPG (there is a difference).
One thing I’ve noticed is that no one, or at least none I can find, use ABDL as a feature within the RPG. So why not make it a feature? My idea stems from most RPGs usage of a magic like system, in that each character within a party has a set amount of MP, or whatever, and it goes up each level along with the ability to learn new spells, skills, etc. So instead, why not make it so that a character’s MP is based on the diaper the character’s wearing?
Story
In another world, the inhabitants discovered a magic-like energy that was easier to harness and anyone could use without practice. The drawback to this energy was that any use of it effected the bowels and/or bladder of the user, depending on the spell. With no alternate solution or fix, the inhabitants turned to diapers as a way to help those who used this energy on a day to day basis. Soon, diaper wearing became the norm, even ones who didn’t use the energy wore them and toilet training was phased out.
Basically, all spells would have values set to how much the caster would wet and/or mess their diaper. Characters can buy or craft diapers to wear and more absorbent, high capacity diapers would be more expensive and be level locked. If the diaper becomes full, any more spells cast would cause the diaper to leak and give the caster a de-buff. If anyone wants to further detail, let me know.
Visual Novel/Dating Sims
Despite them being relatively easy to make, there aren’t that many visual novels that have ABDL in them, or have them in English at least. While the concepts of visual novels using ABDL are infinite, there are a few current VNs that exist that wouldn’t hurt to have a mod with ABDL themes added to them. Games like Doki Doki Literature Club and Angels With Scaly Wings, just some examples.
As far as ideas are concerned, one such takes concepts from Doki Doki, in that the Player, whose either in high school or college, ends up joining a secret diaper wearers club with their childhood friend, whose incontinent. The player then meets the other members with specific quirks about them and will have the choice of either becoming a member that wears diapers or a caretaker, these two paths would open different routes with each of the members and possible secret paths. This one I might still make my self.
Adventure Game
One thing I mentioned before was that RPGs and Adventure Games have a difference; RPGs have a main task to complete with optional tasks, or quests, that add to the game’s experience, lore and/or make completing the main quest easier; Adventure Games have a main task that requires all other tasks to be completed first before continuing or finishing the game. Adventure Games take a lot concepts from RPGs and Visual Novels in that they rely on story and narrative along with exploration.
If people want to make their own Adventure Game, like Monkey Island or the Humongous Entertainment games, there are engines out there like Adventure Game Studio that is free to use and open sourced, just lacking in the assets department. Otherwise, I’d make a game that would have you playing as a diaper wearing anthro raptor exploring an island resort, or a “Rugrats” like game where you explore a nursery and can change it based off your “imagination”.
Virtual Pet/The Sims
While there are plenty of mods that add ABDL themes to simulation games, there are still no games that use virtual pets or Sims like games with ABDL concepts.
Considering that these types of games would be perfect for this type of theme, I surprised that they’re practically nonexistent. With concepts like giving ones the role of a caretaker of an adult baby; raising a pet/child from infancy to adulthood and making potty train an optional feature, in that if you don’t potty train them at an early age then training them later will be difficult and they’d be diaper dependent; or even running a daycare/nursery in which you must take care of little ones, keep them fed, make sure they get naps, changed, kept happy, etc. and that’s how you earn money.
Conclusion
There may be more genres and concepts that can utilize ABDL as a theme, but these are the more practical ones I can come up with currently. If anyone has questions, there own ideas or concepts, want more detail or, by a long shot, want to volunteer their services to help makes these concepts a reality, comment below. Thanks for reading.

Requests On Hold
Posted 6 years agoAs a few of you know, I've been doing request for some time now. And while it's nice to try and practice my skills out, they sadly don't produce any monetary value. So, for right now, any new requests will not be accepted.
Few other reasons is that I'm trying to do meshing for SFM in hopes of making my own stuff so I can then make some form of a profit, be it commissions, selling models, or even attempt a unity engine game or two. While I've found tutorials and been practicing, it's been stressful trying to come even close to make my own characters with how limited model reference sheets there are (that the sheet has the character showing their front, side, and in some cases their top or back with every part of their body lined up in each view) and getting the rigging to work even remotely correct that the bones don't cause the model to bend in the wrong direction. If you know of some good reference sheets that have what I'm looking for (preferably dinosaur or avian) and/or tutorials that help explain rigging or just anthro meshing in general, please let me know.
I'm also currently unemployed, so finding a source of income that's steady is a high priority at this point in my life. I'm still considering making a point and click adventure game and have a small idea of what I would like to do, just need to make the Game Design Document first. But something that's 9-5 and I can live with that stuffs my wallet is something I need to have.
For those who have already noted me for requests, I'm still gonna work on and finish those so don't worry if this journal gave you any sort of emotions. Mostly why I haven't finished is basically what I said above and should have them made within a week or two, give or take.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask them here on this journal or note me.

Point & Click - At A Standstill
Posted 7 years agoWith the release of my latest pic, I now have an ability to make sprites for a VN (Visual Novel) and PNC (Point & Click Adventure Game) and not prerendered stuff that isn't my own.
But now, there's one thing I'm lacking to do either one: A story. While I do have an idea for a VN, that can wait awhile since mostly everyone on my Poll seem to want a PNC instead. If you still haven't voted on which type you'd want to play, Click Here.
While I can come up with a good story that can be read, I lack the inspiration needed to come up with a good one for a PNC. I mostly grew up playing the old Humongous PNC games and Myst, never heard of Monkey Island or Inherit the Earth: Quest for the Orb until I was older and thus never really experienced them. I've tried to play Inherit the Earth, Toonstruck and even the new game FoxTail but I find it mostly confusing, in that I'm totally lost on what I'd need to do next. I kinda get that that's the point of those games and it involves interacting with your environment to figure out what to do next or to solve a puzzle, but it help me to get inspired for the one I'd like to potentially make.
Maybe writing these down here will kickstart something in my brain, but here's some elements I'd like to have in my PNC:
*A raptor/dinosaur/scaly main character (I like Scalies, sue me)
*ABDL or related themes
*Different events each time the game is played
*Anthro and Human side characters
*Modern day setting.
None of the things listed need to be in the game, but I would like to include them if possible.
One idea closest to what I'd like to make is
Velkaden's Mesozoica series, but... I don't think I could come up with anything as interesting as those stories.
And if you're wondering, no I'm not asking for a handout or for someone to just make up a story for me. I'm not that desperate or that pitiful. More asking if you could either comment her or on my poll with a prompt, idea or something I can use to help me with getting a foothold and going from there, that would be appreciated.
Thank you for your time.

Visual Novel or Point & Click POLL
Posted 7 years agoA follow up to my last journal, I decided to open up a survey on what people would like to see be made. I may show off my prototypes of both so you'd get an understanding of what I'm talking about. But until then, you can submit anonymously and nothing personal or private is needed nor is asked for.

Visual Novel or Point & Click
Posted 7 years agoSomething to note about me: I enjoy making video games. One of my personal hobbies of mine, though I haven't released anything due to either them being incomplete or I get bored and do something else, and thus lose motivation. But I still try my hand at them every so often.
That being said, there are two types of games that I've been wanting to make and feel like I could, a visual novel and/or a point & click adventure game.
Why these types you may ask? Well, for starters, I grew up playing point & click adventure games, granted they were the ones for little kids, and I always wanted to make my own for some time. And, recently, visual novels have caught my eye as a interactive way to tell a story through just a few sprites, pictures, and words on the screen, and yet somehow are about as popular in Japan and are growing here in the States. Both of these are really simple concepts and could be an excellent spring board, both to practice making and trying different avenues.
The first roadblock I've encountered, though, is the story. No matter what type of game I want to make, a story, the most essential part of these types of games, doesn't come to me or isn't something I can make into a game, full fledged or as a test. Not only that, but, while I can "sketch", I have the drawing skills of an autistic three year old. SFM does help in that respects and I have a few "concepts" using images rendered and then importing them into Game Maker Studio and TyrannoBuilder (I know there are better engines like Unity & Ren'py but I'm not experienced with either of them) but I still need to have a purpose for them.
If anyone has suggestions, please feel free to comment below.

Diaper Template Usage + Update
Posted 7 years agoSomething that I haven't seen is the use of the Texture Template for the Lil Cow Diaper SFM model originally made by :iconomocha_laroo and ported to SFM by
BootyPatootie and
Jiant101. I do feel like this is something of my fault cause: A) Photoshop isn't the most readily available artwork program for everyone & B) People may feel that, in order to use the texture, they need to know how to apply it to the model. Here is something to help with that.
GIMP TEMPLATE
While I myself don't use Gimp in really anything I do (went to school for Photoshop), there is quite a bit of ones who use the program and even prefer it over all other art and photo editing software. There is, of course, nothing wrong with this, but it can limit those who may want to use the texture for their own stuff or to be a source of extra skins. That's why, on my template release post, you may download a version of the template that works with Gimp. It has the same layers and can be manipulated the same way the PSD version can. And, for those feeling you have to, I ask for no credit for the templates but to the ones who made the models in the first place.

CREATING A TEXTURE
But even so, there's still those who might not want/wish to upload a texture without actually seeing it first. One thing I should have noted on the post is that if anyone wants, I'm more than willing to convert and test the textures out in SFM and provide pics to show what they look like, free of charge.
But to those who want to do it themselves, here are some small tips:
Make sure to download SFM and a Valve Texture File editing tool. One that I use is VTFEdit by Nem's Tools: http://nemesis.thewavelength.net/index.php?p=41
Once downloaded, follow some tutorials off of like YouTube or DeviantArt, like this one here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4wKMJQU9tY
Either way, don't be shy in trying to make your own textures for this model.

Request/Commisions
Posted 7 years agoWith the recent increase in artwork and requests, I might need to lay down some ground rules for making a request.
1. I’m willing to do a request, so long as you provide me what you’re looking to have made.
2. The request must be of something I CAN do. My galley is my example.
3. I have the right to refuse any request for any reason.
4. If the request is an animation, it must be of a looping gif, no longer than a minute long, and must fit into FA’s file size limit. If anything longer or involves more, please review the commissions section below.
Commissions
Due to how sfm posters are made, my personal policy is that I do not charge for the work done, unless EVERYTHING in the pic is 100% made by me. Even though it’s work setting up the pic, props, lighting, etc. it’s an amazing feat for modelers to create the work, most of the time for free, and kind of a dick move to charge for using they’re hard work for them to get nothing.
The exception to this is when animation is involved. If what’s being animated is over a minute long, isn’t a loop, is or has to be a full animation (beginning, middle, and end), larger than 10mb, and/or must use Flash to run; then a price must be set, as it’ll take some time to animate, render, and post edit.
