I am 20 years old now, so avatar change

I don't know why i even create this journal nobody is gonna read it because there isn't anyone that cares about me being sincere but that is my own fault by not interacting at all with people because of my low self-esteem and seft-confidence, but oh well is someone read this, yeah this is my birthday, i am now 20, i still don't know how to draw, but at least to show that i am alive changed my profile pic in all accounts to something like this one, if you want say happy birthday, but at least feeling that someone even read any i wrote makes me feel better, if you have any tip either in the seft esteem and confidence department or in the art and expression department is really helpful thanks for your time.
