I write, and commission artwork, all of it involving a certain chubby bat and far, far too much food.
A note about the dog-Russian name (and the different spellings between here and Second Life):
According to Dr. Goldschmidt, Vel is 15th Century Russian for "Great, Bold, Big", while Val or Bal is 15th Century Russian for "Indulge, Spoil". Lak or Lach(at') translates as "Hunger, Thirst", and -ko is a diminutive ... at least as far as I can tell; my Russian is pretty much hackwork.
