Subject Matter

Ideally, I would like to keep all artwork PG-13. This would allow for brief or “artistic” nudity. This rating would also exclude anything ‘extreme’. I am perfectly fine with gore, so long as it is not excessive. If you have any questions of what I may or may not draw that doesn't fall into any categories, just send me a note.

Copyright and Alterations

I, the artist, have full rights to reproduce the art as I see fit (i.e. selling prints of commissions in a book of works), though this likely will not be the case. All credit for the character design/character/features will, of course, be given to the commissioner. Any alterations made to the final commission (removing signature/recoloring) are not allowed.

Should the commissioner decide to repost the commissioned piece/pieces elsewhere, you MUST give me full credit for creating it, as well as link back to the website or gallery where it was originally posted. The commissioner is allowed to use commissioned pieces for non-commercial/non-profit purposes (icons, banners, role-play images).


Prices and Payment

Prices are subject to change. Unless otherwise noted, prices listed are base prices.
Payment is completed through PayPal; I will either send you a payment request, or you will send me the payment. For commissions under $100, I would prefer the payment to be sent in full once the commission is approved. Should the need arise; I will accept personal checks, or money orders. Payments over $100 will be discussed in the beginning.


Cancellations and Refunds

The commissioner has the right to cancel the commission if it has not started or if in the preliminary sketch or thumb nailing stage.
Cancellations after the sketch/thumb nailing phase will receive no refunds.

I hold the right to cancel a commission if I cannot complete it or if the commissioner behaves rudely or inappropriately, is unable to communicate what they want, or is unable to keep a constant dialogue during the period of the commission. If a commission is cancelled on my part, a refund will be issued.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission if it does not mesh with an aesthetic or content I want to portray.
