Well, the little guy isn't very intelligent. He associates with a bully who's not above threatening him with bodily harm. And he's riddled with a disturbing amount of fleas that are likely cutting a lot of the blood off to his brain. Yet somehow, he remains cheerful. Unless that smirk is misleading. He is friends with Mooch after all.
