This comic is what got me into furry fandom, and then led to me drawing fur art.. It was, and still is my favorite furry comic. I even have all the Everchanging Palace fanzines. Amazing stuff.
I was at my local comic shop and I thought the cover was cool, and then seeing all the nods to art nouveau and the pre-raphealite inspired bath scenes. So much fun!

I still have my original copy, the back-up copy, and the one you autographed. I may dispose of the rest of my furry comics, but never, ever these.
And was I alone in being a teenaged boy with a crush on both Fatima and Alicia?
Thank you so very much for writing and drawing these comics.

Out of the Xanadu series I only own Phelia's Tale (Xanadu Color Special #1), but I consider it a personal treasure. Reading that comic, which I had bartered for with a C64 adventure game, I discovered an interest group that felt like home. A little while later I joined Furcadia, back when there were only about 150 members, and I've been lurking around one corner of the fandom or another ever since.
I still hear the theme from the Olivia Newton-John film (about the only thing from that film which didn't suck, along with the Don Bluth animated sequence)!

I take great care with my copies of the two great chapters published of this fabulous world . . . keep them in plastic when not reading and making sure to avoid any other damage than from reading. Great treasures should be treated as such. Only wish there were more chapters done and published . . .
