That's Rooth'roo in the foreground, in his mad scientist outfit. He's apparently got a plan, and it involves Cinnamon doing ... something she's really unsure about. Thus the, "You want me to do .. what now? You have GOT to be joking!"

To quote wolfkidd :
Rooth's commission request was for Rooth'roo in his mad-scientist (or does he prefer evil genius?) guise, arms akimbo, proclaiming his next scheme, and Cinnamon's part in it, with bombast set to 11. Cinnamon, for her part, apparently isn't entirely keen on her role in this whole "world domination" thing. And Rooth may be re-thinking it shortly when his girl can pick him up and carry him off. I can see it now "But ... but ... WORLD DOMINATION!" "Nuh-uh, it's bed-time for you, Mr. Crankypants!"

This is another one of those commissions that will have multiple alternate sequels. The previous one was http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7135657/ (and is still available as seed to a sequel for whoever comes up with an idea to draw). I have one for this sketch in the works already, though not quite what Wolfkidd had described -- though that is still something I'd love to see drawn. :) Maybe if I catch his stream early enough! ^_^
