Page 1 for A&H Club. As you can see I'm attempting to do a halftone patterning style for the comic, and . . . it's tricky. I would appreciate any tips anyone has on halftoning in Manga Studio 5 because I'm kinda winging it.

I just skimmed the reference sheets for these characters. Interesting pairing you've got here. The Kangaroo's a switch hitting single mom and the wolf is just a well off gal who's got deep pockets and digs chicks. I'm honestly curious how this will develop since all I've really read of yours is your house pets comic.

Are you using the normal Manga Studio 5, or the "ex" version? Do you think it's a good general-purpose paint tool, or best just for toning? I was looking at it before and it seemed comparable to SAI.
