Comments:
Jo is the youngest of the five children of Admiral Kenneth James Donnelson and his wife/mate Flora Donnelson, and is a cousin to both Lilly Donnelson and James Daugherty. Jo is a teenage "bombshell", she tends to be quite flirtatious, impulsive, and has a habit of not knowing when to remain silent (discretion is definitely not one of her strong suits). She can be easily distracted, unless it comes to her "favorite" cousin, James, whom she has a fixation on. Jo actually is quite intelligent, though she tends to waste her mental efforts on other things. She's made it her mission in life to get James into bed with her and Jo will try everything she can to accomplish that, even right under Lilly's nose. The fact that James is a "G.E.L.F. magnet", doesn't help the situation--because she has such a strong desire for him, it makes it that much worse on James, who has to really struggle to not give in to temptation. Admiral Donnelson tends to be firm with Jo, because he knows she is liable to act without thinking things through, and because he knows full well the particular trait that James has inherited.
