Chapter 1: Allison
Alrighty, here we go. This first chapter pretty much just introduces the main character, a cat named Allison. It describes her overall situation. So there's not a whole lot to it, but I think setting the stage is pretty important in this story.
Also, I think it's good for people to read this journal I posted about the story just so you have some general info about it.

Well, I think that's the thing about having low self-confidence...you don't really feel like you can do anything. Allison probably wouldn't think she'd be able to beat Mary in a fight. Besides, even if she did, apart from the trouble she'd get in (which she wouldn't want to deal with), she probably wouldn't think that it would do much good...it might just add fuel to the fire.
But if you read all the way to the end, you might see things changing a bit for Allison in that regard.
