I really have no idea what this is... I wanted to draw kitty me looking all cool and futuristic. Kinda got what I wanted and I think the flat colors made it look pretty nice too.
Maybe one day I'll learn how to draw shoulders. For some reason they give me more problems than anything else! >_<

I have no idea what that 9 is! XD And the "snow" happened when I did the outer glow on the lines. There must have been some tiny specs left after adjusting the contrast but It made it look a lot better than just the flat gray.
I just noticed that I totally failed to keep the skin coloring within the lines! I think I colored this with my mouse but I must have missed that when I did the finishing touches. Yay for super lazy flat colors. ^^;
