Carnival of terror, Gabriel walks through unscathed

This is the first of a series of images from the Pawpets 2016 performance that took place at Confuzzled.
Thanks to
toddlergirl who gave me (as well as other artists) the chance to draw several images that were shown between the live action puppet performance. It was challenging, but also a lovely opportunity to be a small part of the show.
The description for the first picture in the sequence was "Carnival of terror, Gabriel walks through unscathed". Naturally when I hear Carnival of Terror, I think Silent Hill, so you can see more then a couple references here. Trevor and Iris from my comic Swansong on the right (shameless plug) and
babystar dressed as Heather from Silent Hill 3 on the carousel. You can hardly tell that the panicked mother and child and the fox guy were drawn separately then combined digitally.

Robbie the Rabbit is one of the references to the video game Silent Hill 3 I put in. Since it was supposed to be spooky stuff happening at a carnival, and Silent Hill has a spooky carnival in it, I borrowed some of the imagery for fun.

Thanks . I also snuck some references to the band Rush in the Magician tarot card drawing. (which reminds me, I need to post those here).
I hope the Pawpet crew and the audience liked my contribution. I was concerned my stuff wasn't up to the standards of the rest of the show..
I really appreciated the box of Confuzzeld stuff I received for my small contribution.
