This is Cerberus. He is an umbreon, as well as the Lord of the Underworld. The latter is debatable, but he certainly seems to believe it. To most humans, however, he is simply a portly umbreon with suprising telepathic powers. Since Cerberus was pampered and spoiled before his owner - the one who told him about being Lord of the Underworld - released him, he does not have a philosophy of working hard to make a living. Rather, he uses his telekinetic ability to mind control other trainers - as shown by the shadows forming under his eyes - into giving him food. This often leads to varying amounts of weight gain, as further entries in this series will demonstrate.
