Yeah soon he may find out what is it like to be hugged by more arms than usually. =3 The lights are very impressive on this one, feels like a real bar. Not to mention the multiply character action again, and all they expression are so well done.

I'm sure you could easily draw multiple characters if you just grew accustomed to doing so. It's really not much different from drawing only one character. You just draw this one character several times... or something. :)

Yes, odd couples are always fun I think. Part of the fun having a terrible monster to play around with is trying to interact with something less monstrous.

Am I the only one finding this picture extremely adorable? The little cute background story, their facial expressions, the humans hearty amused laugh, the floaty drunken hearts, the vanguards enthusiastic hopeful smile, not to mention the ones in the background.

You did exceptionally well capturing the moment here, it's rarely you find something which is... "alive" to this extent.
Makes me want to jump into the pic, just so that I can follow them and see what happens... How the vanguard makes his moves, how his friend reacts, what happens, not to mention what happens the day after.
