This is Rose, as she is known in her current incarnation she is... well the original Horseman of War. Unlike her successors she was never human and in fact reverted to her original office after "passing the sword". She is the Incarnation of Lust. Due to her years of "carrying the sword" Rose has a temper to rival the Incarnation of Wrath. Indeed the only one who can reign her in is the Horseman of Death, Incarnation of Wrath, Dae.
