Chapter 3
Later that day, Aurora was so enraged by her father's choice not to do anything about Shan-Yu, and his huns that she went into the throne room, and flipped the long table, spilling all the stuff on it in the process. She then sat down on the small steps. Just then, Mulan appeared from one of the pillars, and gently approached Aurora as she sat down next to her, and she said "It's unwise to be in my company right now, sister. This was to be my day of triumph." "It'll come." Mulan said. "In time." Just then, Yao, Ling, Chien-Po, and Merryweather entered the room as Chien-Po gasped at the mess Aurora had made, and said "What's this?" Mulan looked at her sister as she said "If it's any consolation, I think you're right. About the huns, about Shan-Yu, about everything. If they found a way to penetrate Asgard's defenses once, who is to say they won't try again? Next time, with an army." "Exactly!" Aurora said. "There's nothing you can do without defying father." Mulan said. Then, Aurora then had an idea, and as she stood up, Mulan stood up with her, and said "No. No. No, no, no. I know that look." "It's the only way to ensure the safety of our borders!" Aurora said. "Aurora, it's madness."
"Madness?" Chien-Po asked. "What sort of madness?" "We're going to Jotunheim." Aurora said. "What?" Chien-Po asked as he laughed a little. "This isn't like a journey to Earth where you summon a little lightning and thunder, and the mortals worship you as a goddess." Yao said. "This is Jotunheim." "My father fought his way into Jotunheim, defeated their armies, and took their casket." Aurora said as Mulan shook her head in disbelief. "We would just be looking for answers." "It is forbidden, Aurora!" Merryweather said in protest. Aurora chuckled a little as she said "My friends, have you forgotten all that we had done together? Yao. Ling. Who led you into the most glorious battles?" "You did." Ling said. "And Chien-Po, the delicacy so succulent you thought you died, and gone to Valhalla?" Aurora asked. As Chien-Po held up his food, he chuckled a little and said "You did." "Yes!" Aurora said. She looked at Merryweather as she said "And who proved wrong all who scoffed at the idea that a young maiden can be one of the most fiercest warriors this realm as ever known?" "I did!" Merryweather said. "True, but I supported you, Merryweather." Aurora said. "My friends, we're going to Jotunheim."
Once their minds were made up, they got on their horses, and the rode them on the rainbow bridge. The gate in front of them opened, and they went through. They stopped by the Bifrost where a man with blond hair, and bright orange eyes, wearing a black suit with a hoodie named Ansem the Wise who is the guardian of Bifrost was standing. They got off of their horses, and walked towards them as Mulan said "Leave this to me." She approached Ansem the Wise as she said "Good, Ansem." "You're not dress warmly enough." Ansem the Wise said. "I'm sorry?" Mulan asked. "You think that you can decieve me." Ansem the Wise said. Mulan chuckled a little, and said "You must be mistaken." "Enough!" Aurora said as she approached Ansem the Wise. "Ansem, may we pass." "Never has an enemy slipped my watch until this day." Ansem the Wise said. "I wish to know how that happened." "Then, tell no one where we have gone til we have returned." Aurora said. "Understand?" Ansem the Wis nodded as Aurora walked past him. As they walked past him, Chien-Po looked at Mulan, and said "What happened? Silvet tongue turned to lead?" They chuckled a little as Mulan shot a glare at them.
