One might assume that no human would be dumb enough to fight someone twice their size and many times stronger, but never bet against stupid!
Nathan was a young man when he first found out that some men had large yet fragile egos, and really hated knowing there was someone stronger and tougher than they where! He first discovered this fact in high school, when a fellow canine (much shorter in stature) was upset that Brittany was paying Nathan much more attention than him. Thankfully common sense ruled the day then and despite all his blustering he never tried anything. However Nathan isn't always so lucky. This young man here, who maybe slightly inebriated, over heard his girlfriend talking about how attractive Nathan was and went off to the races and it seems like Nathan's way of 'fighting' the scrappy little human is just furthered injuring his ego.
Of course fights like this are more an annoyance for Nathan than any real danger... but that doesn't stop them from being really fucking annoying!

I guess that would probably depend on context, are they friendly or looking to kick his ass?
Assuming everything was peaceful like probably how he treats most people and largely ignore them. If they wanted to kick his ass he'd probably go to Brittany for a He-Man potion to get his edge back.
