Oct 3, 2042, Day 13-

Today has got to be the worst day of my life. I couldn’t go back to work yesterday, it was just too hard. I don’t think that I could have been able to get through the day then without breaking down. Even still, going into work today was extremely rough. To know what’s going on with me internally and being too afraid to talk about it. Bills still need to be paid. I still want to eat and if they found out they may just fire me preemptively.

But when I came home I found a letter placed on my counter with a bag full of stuff. Sam had dumped me right when I need him most. And he didn’t even have the heart to do it in person. Just waited until I went out for work, came into my place and left me a note and dropped off all of my stuff that he had at his place and his key to my apartment. Had said that what was happening to me was too much and he needed a clean break.

Spent the rest of the night just crying. With just. With everything going on I just couldn’t do anything else. Didn’t even put anything away or get out of my work clothes. Just sat on my kitchen floor and cried until I eventually fell asleep.
