Consortium 1-2: Chekov's Gun- Chapter 2
While TD14 is mostly about Richard and Anon, I wanted to make Chekov's Gun a bit more about going into Cerise's life, so there's a lot more focus on her this episode, even though she has very little to do with the plot. Also introducing another of our major but not main characters, Eric Elution. One of the main things he does is just help educate people, especially the readers on what all Con Magic is about.

Eric Elution... I see what you did there. But imagine the possibilities for stunt doubles! I take it this was inspired by the Golem of Jewish mythology.
But why did Mige direct Richard toward the seminar? And the fact that Prince Mige is the last of his race raises several more questions: What happened to the rest of his people? How is he the sole survivor? Does he have any plans to bring it back from the verge of extinction? What happened to the whole humans being space orcs trope we see so often? And what could have possibly triggered Cerise's magic to a level unseen since Mars was destroyed?
