Oct 16 2042, Day 26-
Definitely starting to get a bit concerned about how much longer I’ll be allowed to keep my job. I can still write well enough, but I find that my hand keeps cramping up rather quickly. I mean, they still look like mind, but they are as noticeably no longer anything that could be confused with being a normal hand anymore.
Which I suppose is all the better for not shaving anymore like my friends wanted me to do. Though I don’t really see much point in it. At the very least I can still write legibly. It’s just that I have to take frequent breaks to give my hands a rest. I’ll have to ask at the meeting tomorrow what I’m supposed to do regarding holding tools or even doing simple things like cooking for myself moving on.
Someone at work today decided to play a prank on me by putting those green dog bone things on my desk. Thought it would be something to embarrass me or something. I don’t know. They didn’t leave me a note, though I did hear some snickering in the distance as I was approaching my desk. Couldn’t pick out who it was, though. My hearing is definitely better. Doesn’t mean I can pinpoint where the sounds are coming from. Ended up deciding to just eat it out of spite. And it wasn’t that bad all things considered. Taste was very meh, but it did deal with a craving to be gnawing on something. Though I did feel a strange pressure on my eyes whenever I was biting down.

Human eyes are held in place by bone. We have an eye socket that the eye rests in and the muscles only turn it. But if you look at most animal skulls, there is a depression where they eye is, but it's not being fully held in place by the bone. Instead it's being done by muscles. You can actually somewhat see that statement is talking about by looking at a cat or dog chew on something hard. When they're biting hard on something, you can actually see their eyes bulging out slightly. At least that's how I've decided to interpret that situation
