Tehctar is Ratchet's younger but evil brother... Abandoned by his adoptive family when he was young, Tehctar sought out revenge by learning all the dark magic and occult rituals. He even sacrificed his own soul to gain exorbitant power. By doing this, he caused the thel species to suffer unnecessarily, when he brought on the endless rainstorm that ravaged the mountain where the thels lived. After being sealed away by his biological father to the underworld, this drove him mad -- he vowed that when he is released from the underworld he will bring death and suffering to all living species.

While being trapped in the underworld, he gained loyal followers that would obey his orders, and unknowingly to them... he feeds on their souls, which makes him nearly immortal and invulnerable. But there is no end to the loyal followers in the underworld, so they are hapless to what is going on also they are not too smart that it's clear he was killing them one by one.

After Ratchet accidentally released Tehctar after reading aloud from the forbidden spell book, the thel species banished Ratchet from the mountains. They told Ratchet that if he returns, he will be slain without hesitation. Instead of causing mass deaths, Tehctar went to a different continent where there is more gullible species: humans. He used them as his pawns/food, and developed experiments that attempted to make the human species immortal and/or invulnerable by capturing a demiphoenix named Lazarus. This made the laboratory the most ill-profitable entity of the entire world.

After his father broke into the laboratory then freed Lazarus and his genetic spliced lab experiment, Azar... Tehctar realized that his father must be killed before he can do anything more. He collaborated with the Demon Lord living in the forbidden caverns to lure his father to his capture and eventually the ultimate sacrifice. The laboratory lies in ruins after the massive explosion that shook the entire world, the scientists tried to tell the world what really happened inside the lab. They all were silenced by execution style by the laboratory's security forces, which are also the law enforcement. After the news broke out about the corruption that occurred, the news reporters started to die suddenly one by one... so they were terrified to cover or release the story even further.

Tehctar disappeared all of sudden after his father passed away saving his younger brother (Tehctar's uncle), Dogtooth. But it all was a ruse, as he escaped to the northern forbidden continent. It contained a deadly weapon, that was magically sealed away by the continents' elders. Tehctar became a nearly unstoppable force when he resurrected the Great Apocalypse that brought death and destruction to the entire world centuries ago.

Only Ratchet can defeat his younger brother... but at what cost?
