I was actually getting stalled on this by being intimidated by having to draw scenery. So you get very bland images instead. Though of note: This isn't bells plural going off throughout the country. This is a single bell tolling loud enough to wake people up but not loud enough to cause damage. And it's a single bell being heard by everyone in the United States all at the same time.
