The human didn’t put up much of a fight, but it was still enjoyable to toss her around in his maw. More than once, Mewtwo’s gigantic tongue would squish the person against the roof of the maw or toss her between his teeth. He could crush her at any time. But it would be more fun to have them live a bit longer and experience digestion first hand. He finally swallowed her down and focused back on the two remaining humans.
Although he wasn’t hungry, there was just something deeply satisfying about watching the tiny creatures squirm and beg in his hand. Of course he could talk to them and explain why he decided to eat their friend, but that would be boring and these little insects certainly didn’t deserve his voice. They should be glad they got his attention at all. He considered releasing the survivors back to the ground and then casually squashing them under his feet, but then changed his mind.
