Description:
Fang "Drum" Slade (orange and dragon dragon) and Barlbatzz Dragoroyale (black and red dragon) were both childhood friends and combative rivals, hailing from the alliance of dragon tribes somewhere in Central Europe. Fang held the bronze staff and its flaming crystal as he was born an heir to his tribe, while Batzz was himself a leader of his own.

One day, the dragon tribes in Central Europe took word of the few people who became bigger and more muscular in a matter of few months. Both Fang and Batzz, now seeking to become like them, volunteered themselves to roam across Europe to search for an answer to that. However, Fang had to seek permission from his tribe leader (who was also his father), and Batzz had to assign his friend Bal from another tribe as a temporary leader on Batzz's absence.

In a matter of two months, Fang and Batzz managed to find few big, muscular people residing in the British city of Manchester. One of them was the two-headed female cat named Ella and Sophia Clementine, working as a local baker and friends with few other hunks. Despite their efforts to keep their confidentiality, Ella and Sophia could not help themselves from Batzz's flirty charm and Fang's promise to leave Clementine's confidentiality untouched with no compromise. Eventually, Fang and Batzz had come to learn much about the MALAKAS Project, a secret project implemented in the United States and focused on making an army of muscularized soldiers, either they be registered soldiers or even unexperienced civilians.

Fang and Batzz returned to their tribes and told the tribal leaders about the MALAKAS Project. Initially unsure about how the said project would make subjects big and muscular in few months, the tribal leaders decided to give Fang and Batzz a pass to go to US, as the two young male dragons expressed their desires to powerful dragons, although Fang did so with hesitance.

When Fang and Batzz reached the US state of California, that Ella and Sophia said to be a site for the MALAKAS Project, they ended up in San Francisco via an airport and came across some TV displaying the commercial that promoted the MALAKAS Project. The person in the said commercial was the big, brown fox named Timothy Soro, who had already left the project on an honorable discharge back in December 2020. The commercial also said that after signing up, new recruits would have to either give out their address and wait to be picked up by soldiers, or stay for a bus ride in the city of Santo Tomas. Either way, registered recruits had to prepare for 1 week.

Fang and Batzz had enough money to bring on their long trip, in case they were hungry or in a need for a place to stay. So after having signed up for the MALAKAS Project, they stayed in a motel (still in San Francisco) for one week.

As Fang and Batzz had arrived in the mountain base, they were approached by the black-and-brown dog named Christopher North, who recognized the former, for Chris once visited the dragon tribes in Central Europe. They confirmed and expressed curiosity from tribal chiefs regarding how the few people became big and muscular in few months, but when Chris asked them if they themselves had come across the single German town whose entire population was muscular, Fang answered that the dragon tribes had never heard of it despite having visited Germany multiple times. Nevertheless, Chris realized Fang and Batzz were talking to him in a manner of desire to become bodybuilders. Sporting a sly smile, Chris offered a bunker in the mountain lab only for both Fang and Batzz, in which they excitedly agreed.

For few months, Chris was proactively but often watching Fang and Batzz train in the mountain lab, as they developed muscles and grew bigger by each shot of promotion. It was as if Chris was enjoying a pleasure of Fang and Batzz transitioning into big bodybuilders, in the same way Timothy actually was. Scientists in the mountain lab were aware why Chris was visiting Fang and Batzz often, but they were discouraged from interrupting Chris unless there was an emergency.

Fang and Batzz left the mountain base out of satisfaction of having become Super Soldiers, but Chris watched them go with an evil smile. And then his skinny secretary named Timur Jacobski questioned him.

Timur: Normally, I don't question your motives and methods Chris, but are you smiling like that? Something had to do with the fact you enjoy watching those two work out?
Chris: Good question Timur.

Chris undressed his own torso, revealing his ripped chest and his muscular arms, and cornered Timur into a nearby fence, now that Timothy's desire of making everyone muscular became Chris's as well. Timur was then locked with Chris's arms between him

Chris: Those two dragons are from the lone nation of dragon tribes in Europe, and I'd so wanted to make an example out of them so that the rest of the tribes will want to become big bodybuilders, just like those two are right now.
Timur: I see, but I also don't remember you being skinny.
Chris: Oh I've never been as skinny as you Timur, now why does this bother you?
Timur: Well, it bothers me because...

Chris, still smiling evilly, started bouncing his pecs for a short while, which bothered Timur.

Timur: You took a shot, didn't you?
Chris: Correct

Chris moved too literally close to Timur, much to his heightened discomfort. He also started sweating, as if he had heat due to his muscles.

Chris: I'd make you my equally muscular secretary Timur, but I can sense your hesitance, so be thankful for letting you be what you are, for now.
Timur: Umm thanks, but why 'for now'?
Chris: I'll let you in for one secret. You see, Timothy and I made an agreement to transform everyone into bodybuilders.
Timur: Even if it's against their will? Have you ever considred the possibly of other countries opposing that idea?
Chris: I must have been vague, haven't I? Muahahaha...No, not just in the US, but also the entire world.
Timur: What?
Chris: And you don't need to tell this to your fellows. They already know that, and eventually they will join our Super Soldiers.
Timur: So when will you follow that up?
Chris: Soon, but it won't be long.
Timur: Oookay, but can you please back off Chris? I need space.
Chris: Sure Timur, but about everything I've said to you, you must let sink in. Now go.

Chris walked away, still smiling evilly and hot, allowing Timur some space. Timur, completely in fear of Chris, ran away. Chris then started laughing evilly.
