I was just hungry! We can't get enough food ever since the supply lines got cut off by raiders! I was desperate! There's no place to hide! He'll find me! Please take me with you! I'll do anything!"

You might've missed the intent. ;) The intent is that the result will either be 1) Get some proper food for Jag, should he be hungry, or 2) Sefra makes it sound like he's offering himself as food. ;) Assuming Sefra picks this choice in general, of course. It -is- admittedly stretching things further into the realms of railroading the option than most things he chooses. ;)
