Surprisingly, when I was in the hospital I had the inspiration to draw this. It's surprising that I had any inspiration at all, I think.

This is a scene almost direct from my story; Riki gets suspicious of something occuring and pulls his weapon from behind the hospital bed. Like what I do with my other INA stuff, I try and take something and redesign it for a different culture; the IV in the picture, after I thought about it, would be something more like having the fluids in glass cylynders rather than bags, since plastics hasn't proliferated at this point in the story. (The IV tubing would be rubber) The bed is raised up off the floor--most beds in the INA world are built into the floor, but hospital beds are raised and can be adjusted for access. They don't have the fancy tilt-thing they have in our hospital beds, but it is fixed so that the patient can easily sit up.

Also you will notice Riki is naked: I probably shouldn't have to explain why if you've been keeping up.
