bouncer +reflex and knowing hwo to handle gunmen ^^ Yet due ot regis personality as i seen so far cant see regis killing he wolf but givein ghim a beating. [like how Katara in avatar last airbender when she goes after the one guy that took her mother southerraiders episode. type thing]
Did I mention Regis is a bouncer at a strip club and did I also mention the little wolf who made the dumbest mistake of his life is going to be laying in pieces on the ground?

Regis is dragging his arm, and he has to control the arm to control the gun.
Looking at the body position I thinking a knee to the chest to knock with wind out of him. follow by prying the gun out of his hand and then holding him up one handed off his feet. In the mean time I hope the neighbor have called the cops due to the gunfire.
of course regis could just swing his other hand around the guy thorax and choke him till he passes out.
In fact that may be best , regis does not want to get his hand prints on the gun.
If that guy say anything hate speak wise. then well it might be all over for him. then Regis will have to go to jail.
As it is he going to have to be careful at his size not to do any permanent harm. Disarm the guy yeah defiantly
Of course he could always just drive the gun and hand to the ground and step on the hand. He heavy enough that the guy would not get free to use the gun again.
