As a donkey on the move you might be tempted to take a bite out of that troll you just felled. Maybe you don't have a cook fire on hand and, let's be honest, it's not the worst thing you've ever eaten.
... except... it doesn't seem to end. No, the bite ends, that juicy delicious flesh bulges your throat as it goes down, but the meal doesn't seem to. The food just keeps pushing out your stomach. A small pot belly begins where once there had been nothing but leen donk tum. You pass from chubby to pregnant looking in the space of a day and there's no sign you're going to stop growing.
