We finally enter the town proper and I have to make sure to stay on my guard at all times. It is a celebration of sorts tonight, though most of the restaurants are still going to be open and serving at this time of night, thankfully. On the plus side, the three of us are not particularly big and despite just how busy this place is, most people don’t really look down often enough to see us but at a distance. The biggest issue is that we need to avoid cars. And that means a lot of waiting at traffic lights to make sure we have the right of way. I have half a mind to slink through the back streets but that human side chimes in that that’ll actually be less safe, which shows he is still paying some attention to what is going on right now. And I suppose he is right on that. So long as we look like we belong trainers will be more prone to just ignore us, especially seeing the pikachu carrying around their own wallet and me wearing a harness. Hopefully anyone seeing us will just assume that we’re just some trainer’s pokemon running an errand in town.
