We reach the restaurant without all that much trouble. And Maria looks more interested in staring at everything around them, the pikachu seeing all the pokemon in this enclosed area and staying much tighter to us than otherwise. The receptionist sees the three of us and after seeing no human trainer coming in right after waves us over to a side door. It’s a rather big door all things considered and I’m wondering at first how the three of us will be able to actually open it. When we were scouting out we didn’t actually go in since that room is for pokemon only. But on reaching the door I notice that there is a little pressure plate right next to the wall. Pressing it I can hear a sort of hydraulic mechanism fire up and the door starts to swing open. There is a ton of scents of pokemon, many of them male and they’re all staring casually at the new incomers. It’s not like the main restaurant area in that the pokemon don’t eat here. This is basically just a waiting area while the food is being cooked and prepared. So it is a little bit cramped. And I promised to behave, so I just go about breathing through my mouth only to remove any tempting scents.
