An entire chapter of just talking? Establishing the characters of Ro and Mandy took a bit longer than I expected, especially combined with establishing more rules of how magic works. But I also get the plot to move along a bit. We're just knocking problems out one after another! ...Until we run face-first into a much bigger problem than we anticipated. Hm, oh dear...

This chapter got a little delayed by running into some real-life stuff. I had some bad days with my medical condition, which didn't help my mental shape any... But hey, I got it written, even if I was worried about whether what I wanted to cover would be enough to make up a chapter. But it worked out, I hope. 6868 words brings us to a total of 171,451 words for the entire series, or 66,640 for Book 2. And yeah, it feels like we're around the two-thirds point for this arc, I think. We've got a growing cast of characters, on both sides of the developing struggle. Things are building up. I hope it's continuing to be an enjoyable ride. ^_^;;
