Also, I felt like she needed some gold. She is a dragon after all, it just felt right. Pops nicely against the purple of her scales, too!

He's a bit bigger overall, but she's quite a bit taller just by virtue of walking on two legs vs. four. Honestly it wasn't really planned, I just sort of made her generally big without thinking about it, but it looks like they're going to make a pretty comfortable pair, their sizes match up quite well.
So, reading this comment got me curious and I took a peek at your gallery, where I stumbled upon this picture, and I just gotta say, I might have to borrow/steal the transparent silk loincloth idea. I like that a whole lot. x3
