NOT MY ART
This is the Frozen River Valley. So-called due to the cold waters of the river which flows through the valley. On the right (east) are the Frozen Peaks, named because the higher mountains' peaks are always capped with snow and ice year-round. The highest peaks top out at around 25,000ft. To the left (west) are the Foothills, a smaller range with peaks topping out at 4-5,000ft. The valley (and the two ranges) traverse, in a north/south orientation, the entire continent of North Haven. The valley has been home to many major events, globally and continentally.
In this piece, we see a shorter section of the Frozen Peaks still standing over the Foothills. Perhaps it is late winter or early spring and the snow in the valley has melted away, leaving snow on even these smaller mountains. Or perhaps a storm just blew through the night before, leaving a nice dusting upon the mountains.
