Here's where my KZ project is currently at. After getting it to run, I've been riding around getting the stuff to make her pretty. I've done the OD flat on all surfaces I want it done on (until I get the bumstop made) and gotten the foam, resin and fiberglass cloth to start fabricating the bumstop. I'll try and remember to take pictures of that process. I also have my new foam and "leather" so I can start making the seat as well. I'll be keeping most of the original seat pan, just trimming it up a bit. I'd like to add some clubmans or clipons later, but money has to come in first. Rearsets would really rock, but I'm not quite sure where I would mount them and I would need a welder.
