Cut the silencers off my pipes as well as pulled the off center stand. Also cut the seat pan short. So that probably cut about 30lbs between everything. It's much louder, and backfire = fireball. When idling it has a bit of a "blub blub" which reminds me of the sound a Boneville makes. I are happy. Now I just need to fix that front tube. I haven't been riding since the accident because I have a flat.
