I nod and then turn around and start heading away from the main crowds, intent on finding a good secluded spot, at least as secluded as you can get in this city. I could theoretically go far enough that we’d be outside the city and there’d be plenty of room there, but I kind of want to still see more of the festival and it might not be okay to drag the other two with me on what is very much a personal issue. The biggest thing that crosses my mind is whether or not they’re trying to lead me into a trap or something. It’s very strange for someone to have that patterning and wondering what their relationship with me may be. It is quite likely they might be sharing my condition. I don’t personally remember anyone I’ve bitten turning into a shinx, but then again it’s not like the ones I infect wouldn’t be able to spread things along themselves. But I don’t really sense any sort of hostility from them. They seem genuinely grateful towards me. I find a tree far enough away from the main crowds about a couple blocks from the main thoroughfare. I turn and look around a bit to make sure no one else is nearby and then nod at them.
