A magnificant meal for meatlovers, so beautifully cooked and delicious from the kitchens of  Tora_the_Maestro

I can grill just about damn near anything. Here's a really delicious result.

Grilled Leg of Lamb
-leg of lamb
-thyme
-salt
-pepper
-olive oil
-balsamic vinegar

1. Rub the entire leg with olive oil. Sprinkle on thyme, salt and pepper.

2. Using a clean spray bottle, mix some balsamic vinegar with some olive oil and spray the leg. Rub the mixture onto the leg.

3. Set up the grill for indirect grilling. See this recipe for how to do this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5757560

4. Once the grill has heated to about 400 F, place the leg on the grill and cook for 2 hours, spraying the leg with the vinegar-oil mixture every 20 minutes. After 2 hours, remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
