SUCCESS! I finished the entire first draft of Book III this weekend! All the elements are in place, and though there are definitely going to be revisions before I begin drawing it later this year, I'm really happy with the flow of events. It just needs a little spice and a little creative revisualizing, but all in all, it's a solid foundation.
Considering I didn't expect to be done with the first draft this early, I figured this was too momentous for just a dull journal entry with only a slew of Roman letters in succession. So Kevin unleashes the power of Greypencil. Except it's an orange pencil. Greyglove? Oh, never mind.

Hate to tell you, but there's a typo in page #247, third panel. Renata, standing at the top of the empty plinth recently vacated by the statue of Leona Helsmley, holding up her gloved paw and shouting, "By the flower of cheese!" Yeah, sorry, it's power, not flower.
I hope that you do, in fact, realize how much power you have as an artist. You possess a power that I'd give just about anything to be able to also have, but unfortunately never will. I cannot, for the life of me, create any artwork that comes even remotely close to semi-decent. Some are born with artistic talent, and others (such as myself) naturally have none and can't even be helped by all the lessons and classes in the world.
You're lucky enough to be able to weild the power of creating art. And I hope that you abuse that power to the fullest extent.
