I find it helps if you say it fast, then you're not thinking about how to sound out each part.

i remember teching myself to be able to say the word so long ago, lol. I was so friggin proud of myself once I finally got it. One of those silly kid goals like learning to blow a bubble and whatnot. Now backwards....eh i'll leave that to others. All I know is the rupus part :D
