A/N: This one takes its inspiration from the old AoStH end credit sequence. A classic, even if Robotnik is an objectively horrible fetish character. That’s usually how it goes, even today, judging by some of the fetish art out there. Why flatten the lithe, athletic adventurer when you could do it to the disgusting, morbidly obese, ugly character instead?
As Dash first discovered back in Fight Club, I find myself really enjoying the mind control/hypnosis angle, but it needs to be paired with some cartoony antics. On its own, it’s thoroughly meh. This time, I went with a classic roller/wringer scenario instead of a bottle. I also really liked the idea of the hypnotized victim having to set up the fetish scenario that was about to happen to her.
I’ll also freely admit the entire mind control scene was just a cheap framing device to flesh out the villain’s backstory a little. OC though she might be, I still wanted to give Silver Lock something for both Daring and the reader to chew on. Making her a little more developed hopefully makes her stimuli better. I had thought about having her peel off the roller, still mind-controlled and looking down at her wobbily, thin body in delight, but I decided I liked the more sadistic version where the hypnosis cuts out just as she gets flattened that I’d already written.
Next time, things get a little heated, leading to both a meltdown and a conflagration.
