Looks like Dr. Dalmatianstein found himself outside on a cold winter night, likely to change over the propane in his motorhome, though he would prefer you refer to it as a motorized mobile domicile. why he doesn't find some mad science way to heat the RV's interior is beyond anyone's guess. However being out late at night during the blizzard gives him a chance to see something abnormal off in the distant wilderness that surrounds the motel.
