Fortunately for Milton the Manager, his phone still had reception, so he was able to get a hold of Itasca Husky to come by with his truck and pick him up. Unfortunately, the roads are pretty bad, so Itasca suggests going back to the Fort Coyote Motor Inn Motel for the night since it is closer. Itasca comes up with a plan for Milton to sneak into the motel undetected by Ollie and Rex so that he can get to a motel room and catch the rest of the big football game on TV.

Later on when the transmission went out on my old Ford F150 at 196k miles, I managed to find a good deal on a used 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 crew cab in 2020, being the newest vehicle I've owned, and the first one I've had with four wheel drive, the main place I've found myself using the four wheel drive has been the parking lot when the plow hasn't come through yet, and a few very slippery boat ramps.
