It's Day 6 of TransforMAYtion 2026, and today's (official) prompt is Boardwalk!
Roaming a big long boardwalk that stretches out across the sea can be a very relaxing time. Taking in the sun, the salty scent on the wind, the gentle splashes of the ocean... Just be sure you don't become so relaxed that you don't watch where you're going. I didn't heed that advice, slipped on the edge of the pier, and tumbled backward into the waters below!
My fall plunged me concerningly deep beneath the surface, but an impromptu transformation quickly alleviated any fears of surfacing for air. I sprouted some fins on my arms, felt my anatomy shift to a more feminine shape, saw my skin take on a whiter hue, and instinctually felt comfortable with breathing in the water surrounding me. Looking over my new body and clothing changes, I pieced together that I'd been turned into Tiana, an Abyssian from Dragalia Lost! My ability to enjoy swimming and diving on my vacation just got a HUGE upgrade! Now I wonder if the city of Aquaphos is somewhere deep down here...
